PROS

Howazit are partners in the journey, we have been working with them for five years and they are always always available for any question or problem that arises during the joint work.Our customers are very large hospitals, we use howazit to perform close to 300,000 surveys per year

I would really like the graphic display in the dashboards to be more flexible and to look better

We love Howazit!

We have been working with Howazit for over 6 years and keep adding new features to the system. Currently it's used by 3 different departments and all are very happy with the product and the awesome team support. Highly recommended!

PROS

The omnichannel is really helping us with monitoring the communications with the clients and to shorten response time. Also the surveys are a wonderful tool and we managed to increase our positive online reviews.

CONS

There are very few struggles with the system, which are usually solved very quickly.
