Motivy - A new way to encourage success.
Motivy has allowed for me and my coworkers to acknowledge those who improve everyday, and help the company grow. It makes public to other departments in the company, what a person or group of people have managed to achieve and be rewarded for their hard work.
PROSIt allows for other areas in the company to aknowledge others work, achievements and success.
CONSOn databases with many coworkers with similar names, it takes long to find them on the list.

Recognitions are important
The fact that at the end of the day, people all around the company are able to see what other people did good and learn about the processes.
CONSWhen you try to sign in, each time you will receive a code, most of the times, the first code does not appear on time, and you will be trying again to get the code on time in order to login into the platform.

que se pueden evidenciar los reconocimientos de una manera más tangible tanto con el reconocimiento escrito como los puntos.
CONSnecesita mejoras en el sistema por ejemplo en el tema de búsquedas o en que el acceso más sencillo (tal vez que reconozca la dirección IP del equipo y ya no vuleva a pedir el código).

Love the idea ! need more support from [sensitive content hidden]
I like it but it needs to be promoted more in my company so people use it.
PROSI like that it is an easy tool to use, people like receiving rewards and the points do motivy them to improve their work.
CONSThe downside is that managers or directors dont really use the tool, so it can also cause employees to be unmotivated because they dont get recognition from their bosses.

Excelente herramienta para manejo y motivación del personal.
Genera recompensas adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente interno, fomenta el reconocimiento y la comunicación dentro de la empresa.
CONSMe gustaría que automaticé servicios mas basicos de rrhh como onboarding y payroll.
