Love the Frictionless Approach to Digital Loyalty
Love the support the team has given me to get on board!
PROSFunctionally, the e-Wallet integration, customer portal, and voucher experience are the highlights of this product. These tools help our brand engage our customers every single day. Also, the anonymous sign-in feature is also something unique that I did not find anywhere else.
CONSI believe the backend is still under development. The dashboards look nice but more insight-driven reporting will save me more time doing Excel work behind the numbers.

With their software, we no longer have to maintain our CRM system.
CONSTheir development cycle for tailored is fast compare with any of their competitors yet it is still slower than our in-house team. haha but way cheaper
