About Square Loyalty

Square Loyalty allows businesses to create a customized customer loyalty program that connects with their Square account and supports any customer rewards or loyalty program. Customers can view their score at any time using the Square Loyalty app or website, and use their phone wherever they are to redeem rewards on the spot. To make it even easier, the card-linked loyalty features are built into Square’s point-of-sale (POS) apps — so there’s no extra development work required.

Square Loyalty brings in customers!

This program is excellent. My customers love it and it's so easy to manage.

PROS

Square Loyalty makes it extremely easy to track my most loyal customers. Also, I can customize promotional materials specifically to my most loyal customers, which, of course, makes them even BETTER customers.

CONS

I have nothing to complain about with this software. It works great and helps grow my business.

Easy to use

It is good. It works well and customers like it.

PROS

I love that you nor the customer has to take any action in order to use the loyalty program.

CONS

The price vs the functionality for me is where I struggle.

A good loyalty plan if you just need basic info

I did not like that I could not collect information that I chose from my customers I did not have that flexibility that's why I switched to another and loyalty
