The Go-To Gamification software for engaging your fans/users.
An easy to set-up and very complete platform. We use StriveCloud to power our gaming tournament platform. We incentivize our users with our own virtual currency which they can spend on real-life items (API integration). Everything runs smoothly and effortlessly and most importantly, is ready to scale.
PROSOnboarding and setup is very intuitive. The software has an insane amount of features to help incentivize users and drastically lower your churn.
CONSSetting everything up can take some time. As the platform has a ton of features, it takes some time to find your way around them.

Really good gamification tool to stimulate in-app user engagement
Great involvement of the customer success team. Whenever we had a question we got fast answer & assistance.

As the software is very much multi-faceted, a number of strong points could be identified. The strongest in my personal opinion is the extreme customizability of the platform. Not only are there a myriad of features, but these features can also be practically implemented according to the current needs of the administrator. The following example serves to illustrate my point. During the corona crisis our team decided to shift from a partnership-based monetization model to a media based monetization model. Such a shift would normally trigger a long and slow communication chain from administrators to developers and back again. With our Strivecloud platform we had a news segment set up a couple of hours after the initial meeting. We used the inherent social features of the platform to both promote content and find copywriters. Not only was the process fast, we were also able to completely rely on the platform itself for the project. Anyone who loves practicality and tons of features will love working with Strivecloud’s software.
CONSOne minor gripe can be identified with the software. The tons of features which form one of the major strengths of Strivecloud also lock you into a gradual learning path. The basics can easily be thought in a couple of hours, but to fully understand all the features and their potential a bigger time investment is necessary. It is important to keep a hands on approach in the first couple of weeks and to pro-actively explore new features. Online gamification is an ever changing game too, excuse the pun, so even after a couple of months you might want to take another in-depth dive into how your platform can anticipate new trends and possibilities. Everything is relatively easy to figure out however, and if you would ever need more specialized costumer support, the Strivecloud team will certainly come to your rescue.

StriveCloud makes it easier to get more engagements from fans/users. It is nice to keep them invested and to work with your community.
PROSThere are a lot of features for activating users and keeping them hooked. It's nice to have a social feed on the platform so users can interact with each other.
CONSThere are a lot of features and modes to use with this software, so it can be tricky at first to get to know all the features, but they have a nice customer support to help you.

Great tool, lot's of options, need a big team to get the best out of it and still needs some work

CONSIt's a lot of work, so you need quite a big team if you want to do it right. I'm still missing options to personalize. If you want something to change, it not that easy to get there

Usefull tool to activatie our sports community
Easy to use tool that help us to build data and give our audience a platform to play there favorite game.
CONSAt the moment we are using two different log-ins on our homepage and Strivecloud platform. In the future we want to synchronize these different websites.
