  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use to manage my various projects and the transparency it allows for myself and my clients.
  • The direct integration with Salesforce to keep track of all new accounts coming in and the customizability for project templates are the best.
  • Cons

  • That there isn't a virtual hand that can come through the email and grab the customer for us.
  • Our training was horrible, and the person and no clue how we were going to be using it at all.

  • I like the ease with with even a novice can make cohorts and schedule push notifications after various Audience/Cohort Segmentation.
  • It was easy to integrate with our existing SMS partner and easy for analytics purposes such as A/B based on custom segmentation.
  • Cons

  • Limitation on number of days I can send message after an event.
  • Sometimes we have to generate report to view whether the events got tracked or not which is at times bothersome. Also, it is a bit costly as compared to the other products in the market.
