Being a non-techy I thought it must require some technical skills to install. But it's very easy to install and has powerful features.

There is no tutorial on youtube for this software. They should upload some using guide video for this software.

I got confused while visiting the homepage. I had to ask for a product demonstration video from one of the BDEs to understand what it does.

Integration is very easy and the experience for the users is very familiar so it's easy to provide support.
