Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I like the function where it alerts me when customers are getting overages and also when they have low usage. I also love the email function.
  • The reporting capabilities as very advanced, the support team is always able to help, and it's possible to get anything important in a couple of clicks. The interface is clear and easy to understand.
  • Cons

  • This needs to be improved. There are some strange glitches and lack of user alerts that can be very annoying.
  • I will echo what others have said about Gainsight - it was a very difficult deployment.

  • Easy to navigate, easy to create new surveys and reports, and the help nd training offered are awesome.
  • Fairly easy to set up, customer support is amazing, right there if you have a question, no waiting. Also, has the ability to do a wide variety of question types that the free versions do not have.
  • Cons

  • Using the non pre-defined layout is very fiddly, and so it can make life difficult. The software is still very expensive.
  • It has a lot of capabilities and if you aren't constantly pushing the boundaries of what you know you could miss some of what is offered.
