Great Help Desk Tool

Once we had it setup, it integrated seamlessly with our Sharepoint sites and Office365 apps. The forms are easy to customize as are the workflows.

PROS

Very flexible and robust. There are more features than we could ever use. Big pro is that it embeds in Sharepoint so integrates well with Office 365.

CONS

Initial setup is difficult. You will most likely need a lot of time with support while getting this off the ground.
