Free to start and fast to stand up.

PROS

The platform was easy to start & we were live in 15 minutes. We were able to recreate our FAQ page just by inputting our Zendesk link. My staff is happy that they don't have to answer repetitive tickets and can focus on higher priority customer support issues.

CONS

I'm not sure if they can integrate with anyone other than Zendesk.

We are a small business and we don't have technical resources. We wanted something that is simple and easy to use that could be stood up fast.

Reasons for switching to Got It AI

We're looking for ways to better our customer success KPIs while being mindful of cost. We are trying to use more automations and AI-driven platforms in the future.

The chat tool is extremely helpful

So far so good. The team is also extremely fast at responding to our inquiries. For a small-midsized business, having someone that cares about their customers goes a long way.

PROS

It was so fast and simple to set up. Literally took 10 minutes. There's 0 maintenance either as it automatically pulls information from Zendesk.

CONS

They don't have Spanish yet... but I think that's coming soon.

I wanted a system that would actually respond to my customer's chat requests... not just create more tickets or push more people to the phones.
