My journey to troubleshooting

Overall I have been very satisfied with the software and communications with Mavenoid. The results have been really good.

PROS

The one feature that I especially like, is the ease of making the troubleshooting models. It is visual, easy to read your work, and also intuitive for others to understand.

CONS

There are not so many things that I don't like. Perhaps one not so fun feature has been, that the development of the software has been so fast, that it has been hard to keep up with.

Reason for choosing Mavenoid

Price was one thing, but Mavenoid offered a fresh and simple concept. One thing was that Mavenoid was a start-up company and we wanted to see how much further this great concept could go.
