Pros
- The Single pane of glass for multi-tenant management is great. Integration with RMM and PSA is also excellent.
- Can run scans and other commands from admin. It is working great against infections and risks so our customers and computers are staying safe and secured.
Cons
- Saw lots of tests online where webroot gets very bad results as it failed to detect and remove threats. It's not power at all and will not recommended to anyone.
- It is annoying and costly to have to renew when the program expires. I still find that popups come through.
Pros
- The SOC team is very helpful and always willing to work with me and teach me what I do not know.
- Its very effective and reliable, works really well.
Cons
- The fact that S1 does not automatically update, like EVERY OTHER AV PRODUCT IN THE WORLD, is ridiculous. That means that we have to MANUALLY update S1 if/when we get a notification from SOC.
- At this time the only negative is the SOC is not fully in the USA. For us the compliance part we need to have the SOC monitored from within the USA and all employees of the SOC need to be US citizens.
