Egnyte is an easy to use file sharing software.

They've always been responsive, courteous, and professional.

Our switch to Egnyte was a great decision and would recommend any other company to do the same.

Overall it is a great software with a very helpful customer service, also their training videos are awesome and very helpful.

Useful features, very fast syncing capabilities, as well as offline synching capabilities. There's also a lot of automated processes as well as MS Power Automate support.

I really appreciate the way Egnyte naturally integrated into our existing business. It calculated the items we had to store and kept them in an impressive bow.

Initially during my trial, I had lots of problems upload via FTP and after various messages to the support/sales, there was no response.

The mobile app sometimes experienced glitches and sync issues. And the desktop app doesn’t have a good offline mode in case of lost connectivity.

If you need a secure cloud storage service this is for you. I like the web interface because it looks modern and simple to use.

Overall the experience has been great. Has improved workplace efficiency and collaboration tremendously.

It is easy to navigate and set up files. Click to share with other users is a piece of cake.

It can get a little getting used to at first. You no longer will store files on your desktop or folders but rather within a folder in Egnyte.

The ability to install Egnyte drives to your machine has made file browsing, downloading and updating a seamless breeze that integrates right into your operating system.

It's a perfect option for small and non-profit business too. Accessing the site securely is impressive and you can do anything remotely.

It functions perfectly fine in its role as a cloud service. Data is stored without any issue and the cost is reasonable.

It doesn't really integrate well with google and can be confusing to use sometimes.

I love that it integrates into my file structure so it's easy to access.

If you are using it to upload files, there could be a lag of half an hour before recipient can view file.

Can be confusing for most users or they could share public links easily on accident.

So far, very satisfied with it. Great for remote/distributed teams, good value for the money vs the mainstays like Dropbox and Box.

First thing I like about Egnyte is the simplicity and ease of use.

However, they switched to egnyte connect and I believe these problems were solved.

Easy to use and integrate well with Gmail during initial use.

I use a Mac and for now there is no desktop app for this yet, so I sign into the portal online to use it.

Overall great hands on customer service and product works very nicely.

This way, the readers/recipients also feel secure enough on what content they might be opening, and I believe that helps to build the trust.

The support team is very responsive, and are active on their facebook group and the chat on their website, and dont shy away jumping onto a video call to explain and help you set up their product.

I think this is first in the market. I am unsure if there is an alternative thou.

For example, they are building a feature where you can attach and send big files (1Gb+) directly from your email client while keeping the files protected.

Integration: It's quite easy to integrate with Google Mail and Outlook. You just need to authenticate those apps, and you are done.

The product is surprisingly easy to use. I feel very secure about having saved passwords on my computer, no need to mention that that saves me time daily and helps me with password that I rearly use.

With a zero trust solution, you can rest assured that your data is safe and secure. Sensitive mail protection is important and this product exactly does that.

I love how secure this software is not to mention it is hipaa certified. I feel safe sending confidential documents.

I am not usually great with technology, but this was straight forward and easy to understand. I felt that I always had support in case I had any questions as well.

No desktop app for file encryption on a Mac either.

The ease of implementation and the generous offer makes it a powerful tool. The team behind it did a great job and they offer great support.

Loved using this tool, hoping for many other functions like the self-destruction function.

The caveat is the lack of integration with Mac at this point. No native Mac email client integration.

I just love this software because it just works. Composing of secure emails, email encryption, sending encrypted emails to your intended recipients can all be done effortlessly.
