Experience is good you can rely on this software dashboard is great. You can spot the problems right away.

This is the best product to support SQL cluster and it provide very easy interface to manage the cluster.

You had good interface good function but eitherway i think we can not afford for each database with those price even you discount it with current business condition (self assumption).

I really liked this software, the ease of use was tremendous, and the monitoring that is available for the product is stellar. The best part about it is that it works as advertised.

It's fine, we've been using it to create and monitor a MariaDB Galera cluster, with perfect results.

Great usability and feature rich with umpteen DBs in one place. Good in  monitoring and scalability.

A lot of functionalities don't work (e.g. import a cluster). False alarms on various event (already opened issue still no actions taken).

There are nice gadgets integrated with the tool which could help to the DBA's tasks.

I could fix everything but wasn't easy to guess (from error message) what the real problem is.

Overall the solution is great. The interface was intuitive and easy to use.

Easy to use, it has many great options (like host failure detection, etc). We can implement to deployment (using docker compose file) without any problem.

For example, you have alert from category  DBHealth about Use wsrep_sst_method=xtrabackup-v2 instead. But I don't like to use it and I don't like to skip all the warnings of DBHealth category.

Its really did many important tasks efficiently. I liked the auto recovery option, backup verification, Restore option, auto upload to cloud.

No way to see top processes and the resources they are consuming and be able to kill processes.

I like most that you can easily manage your multiple database servers and get a nicd chance to feel like a pro for little money.

Pricey for small businesses. Community version missing some of the automated features that would make it viable for small businesses.

I like the keep active, HA and replication features.

We are thankful for the extended trial and the free customer support for that time. There was also nice dedicated tech demo for our team, which help us a lot to evaluate the product.

Had a few issues with aforementioned diagramming tool losing its DB connection and getting it connected again was a lot more difficult than it should have been.

I love being able to completely copy a database from one server to another with a few clicks, which makes it super quick to keep my dev environment in sync with the live database.

Need the pro version for what should be basic. Not a very large community when searching for solution to a problem.

Provides a point-and-click interface and you get to see the actual SQL being generated. Excellent for running queries on tables with lots of records.

The application is not developing, I bought a license for 3 years and I am disappointed.

The ability to compare schemas is a lifesaver for migrating from dev to test to prod. Data comparisons work great.

The Test Data Loading is a wonderful tool where we can just load about 100K to 500K Records without any issues. This feature has helped us performing some initial tuning to the Queries.

I was struggling to get a product that can help me develop as easy as Access. Now with this software I found myself developing faster and give me joy because I found it almost as easy as Access.

Sometimes it crashes when I  accidentally press F10.

Limited functionality to access/update database properties compared to SQL Management Studio.

Company provides highly reliable and functional products at great prices, but customer service takes a long time to respond.

The only negative thing is the customer portal. It could be a little bit user friendly.

Very easy to use, has all the features I needed. Data and schema comparison and data synchronisation are perfect and no other software can compete with it.

Showing the foreign key table when clicking the foreign key is awesome.

Makes SSMS unstable and locks it up frequently, forcing me to force quit through the task manager.

Sometimes you just need to do a quick edit to a view and it's a bit frustrating to deal with.
