The software's support model is horrific. Qlik uses value added resellers (aka VAR) for the most part.

Strong Technology, Great Support. Very easy self service capabilities enabling 3rd Gen BI.

Now we just open Qlik Sense and we know it, the overall profit of the company, also per costumer, brand or even product.

There is a lot of material to learn and a good community. Allows you to build your own datawarehouse using Qvds.

Qlik has no idea what VARs are doing and VARs have no idea what Qlik is trying to tell them. Getting a license key correctly can take a few tries.

Great tools to help visualize data and also to help promote self service to management team.

Only thing I can criticize is that the name is confusing for some people in business unit. It is obviously chosen intentionally but they keep confusing Qlik with Click.

The best thing about Qliksense is the speed with which it can analyze and associate large volumes of data.

After initial setup we got in creating connections to uncommon databases that proved very difficult to get setup in Qlik.

Qlik Sense was very good for introducing performance reporting across a large workforce, with varying degrees of responsibilities & therefore access levels.

The customer support is very good and responsive. A given report can be utilized as a base to make another report so it saves your time to convey necessary info in minimal time with top outcomes.

Integration with business processes was good, and deployment was relatively easy. Ability to produce some nice looking reports for the workforce to help manage performance.

Qliksense has a great interface for building GUI. Also the ability to use custom extensions allows a lot of flexibilty.

The author tried to explain otherwise, but it's clear he has no common sense and has never played sports.

It is really not intuitive, and you rely on youtube tutorials and videos to learn how to use it. Also, when it comes to customization of your experience and your reports, your options are limited.

The team with the worst record in head-to-head matchups was ranked highest because the system used by the software is wrong.

It has cut down the turn-around time that we can provide it to clients which is  huge benefit.

I don't like that you're not able to export all dashboards at once unless you transfer it into a briefing book. Also, having to scroll through to find the project you're working on in Connect.

Terrible; author is obtuse and doesn't listen client concerns.

The software makes our BSC look even more professional and it is easy to navigate and gives users the ability to drill down and get behind the numbers, which is a big advantage for us.
