Powerful tool
We use the product for our internal company communication. The table feature is great for editing often changing screen content such as internal info and news. It is good for communication with employees and visitors. Hovewer sometimes I have to edit the template as longer text does not fit properly for every use case. As we are not a big company, the announcement feature is not really needed, however we sometimes use it as a cool feature to communicate employees birthday, cakes and stuff. I guess it is intended for more serious use but it is often appriated by our colleagues.
PROSAt first, I was a little overwhelmed by the number of features provided, but after a while I got the hang of it and felt that I could do anything I wanted. The company provides step-by-step guides to getting started and most of the features available. I've found that managing screens is effortless, and with the multi-edit feature I can directly assign content to multiple screens at once. I also like that I can change content remotely and see in my browser what is currently on the screen.
CONSPersonally, I am very happy with this solution, I wish it was a bit more intuitive for first time user, but after a while I feel like I can take advantage of most of the features. Some of them are bit advanced like for a technical person, but I dont need to use them considering our company size - I guess bigger companies will have technical person to manage the advance features.

Audio solution with custom integrations
The project was a success, meeting all its goals and providing customers with valuable information via audio channel.
PROSWe approached Simpleway with our requirements for custom integrations and complex business rules. Their team was able to meet all our specific requirements regardless of the time zone difference. We appreciate their audio solution which offers a high variability and many features meeting our complex needs.

Enterprise grade product with expert personalised service
Excellent product and company.
PROSEasy to connect and configure displays, assign media, data integration works well. Visual messaging is particularly useful.
CONSIn the voice side of things, the text to speech voice font for our part of the world (New Zealand), does not quite have the local accent well captured.
