Easy to deploy virtual queue and more
Powerful, versatile and easy to use.
PROSSaas model that was really easy to set up, with some simple clicks. Gives me great tools to manage and balance demand. The experience is seemless and has a contemporary feel.
CONSIntegration with WhatsApp and similar apps could be useful (the notifications are currently sent in-app or as sms or email).

Fun experience with Covid-safe functionality
Modern and fun experience. I would definitely recommend Ombori Grid to more people to experience!
PROSThe support of voice UI allows user to interact with voice and thus makes it Covid-safer. It's a cool and fun function in general. The product is easy and intuitive to use.
CONSIt currently only supports removing background and replacing with predesigned background. However, it would be even more fun and interesting if it had supported filters and video recording.

Very easy solution
The option to wait outside (away from a crowd) will continue to be important for certain customers. That is the best feature I think.
PROSGreat flexibility in appointment booking and ad-hoc drop in Great that you can reschedule if you need to The option to wait outside (away from a crowd) has been very useful during the pandemic No HW-investment is needed
CONSSomething to think of (for the future) is that it would be nice to see which member of the staff that was available a certain time, so customers can chose who they wanted to book the timeslot with.
