  • Pros

  • We love the screen sharing feature as well as how you can group the users into different sites. Also love the chat rooms to send out messages company wide.
  • It consistently is upgraded with better features and abilities at no extra cost. You can contact support and they will fix any feasible issue that you have in a short time.
  • Cons

  • There is not much that I can complain about with Brosix. I occasionally with have to restart it if the application is not functioning properly.
  • With groups, not sure how to remove an agent when they are no longer with the agency or with that specific department.

  • Quick and easy contract (service) purchase and install. Reasonable pricing cost.
  • They are committed to helping me until a resolution is reached.
  • Cons

  • Some adding and plugins has issues and not working as expected, the middleware servers for the addons are not stable.
  • I don't like having to manually dial in a number to enter a queue and to call again to leave the queue to set your availability. There should be a more automated way of doing this.
