- Ease of use and intuitive - an elegant solution to most problems. Vendor is very helpful and has very knowledgable staff.
- The amount of detail in every module - how easy it is to setup - absolutely love the export to Excel. Love the full integration Vendor is very easy to deal with- listens and answers any questions.
Cons
- There are very few things to dislike regarding the product.
- There are a few windows that not resize-able. They tend to cut off information depending on what monitor they are on and can be difficult to close out of or see data on.
Pros
- Multiorders is very in-line with our requirements, easy to use and has a fantastic customer support team. Sales and after sales is brilliant.
- Nothing gives me more confidence that I have made the right choice than these people's perfectionism and desire to help. The software itself is like a mirrored image to the people behind it.
Cons
- If you make a mistake, though, you can copy that order, create a new one with that information, correct the data you need to correct, and delete the previous one.
- This was in response to an order, where Multiorders should have reduced stock just by the amount sold - obviously this resulted in over-selling.
