PROS

Pricing and multiple users are easily manageable.

CONS

Only in EnglishTemplates are more for IT and items sales. Not a lot of services proposal templates.

Great value

Does what I need it to do at a sensible price.

PROS

Simple pricing and keeping features light means you don't get buried trying to set it up.

CONS

Would like to be able to put my own branded fonts in which is from google fonts and have a bit more control over the typography in general like letter spacing etc.

Great investment, amazing service

PROS

I love how easy it is to create a document for customers to sign. Also I enjoy that I get notifications when the customer opened and signed the document. It is important for us to know when that is signed

CONS

I would like that I could create a contract using my phone than just a computer. I’m always on the phone and 8/10 times I need to create a contract and only have my phone or ipad. So I have to wait till I arrive to the office to create the contract. I consider the only negative of Prospero.

Totally Legit!

So super easy, it's kinda fun. This actually motivates me as a solopreneur.

PROS

The intuitive interface is simple and allows you to work so quickly, that you feel motivated to find a new prospect to send a proposal to!

CONS

There's only one issue I found, but it's not a Prospero issue, so much as it is a desire of mine. I'm a designer, so there was one are where I wished I could add a title - but it definitely wasn't an issue that would affect the proposal's effectiveness. In fact, the design of the templates is VERY nice.

Proposal generation and management and that's it. A good thing.

In addition to the ease of managing proposals, the Prospero help desk is awesome and will get back immediately.

PROS

I wanted to have a proposal management system that was without accounting links, and without the option of generating invoices and other stuff. Just straight to the point of making proposals.

CONS

Didn't have anything yet to share. Can only say so far so good.

I wanted an app for generaring and managing proposals only. I had no need for other services and for which I previously paid for elsewhere.

Prospero is great for contracts (and wix integration)

PROS

I loved the ease to create a nice looking contract from a template and easily add a digital signature. I love the configurable fields so I can easily pass in the payment plan number or the one time payment plan. Fabulous! The wix integration was nice for having the client name and email address auto-populated in the contract ( saves time and is perfect everytime).

CONS

I would like if the wix plans numbers were available for contracts for autopopulating, other than that, this tool is great!

Use This Software for All Proposals.

Customer service is excellent, I have been using this software for more than 5 years. Wouldnt use anything else.

PROS

I loved the ease of use and it allows me to create proposals at speeds.

Their Promise of Quick Proposals is Real & the Software is Amazing

We are creating proposals for standard and semi-standard services faster, and the service offerings are more consistent. It seems like it's a smooth and professional experience for customers.

PROS

The ease of use, ability to duplicate and make minor changes to existing proposals, and their template and content library features are on-par or better than the competition. The proposal system is inexpensive, robust, and feature-rich.

CONS

The pricing section could need a few tweaks, but nothing that is a big deal. The system meets our needs.

Easy to use, looks great!

PROS

This software is affordable and a huge time saver. It's cut down the time I use to spend prepping proposals by at least 60%. Easy to deliver to clients, clients are able to sign electronically and proposals are mobile responsive.

CONS

I would love to see native in-app payments. My understanding is that it's on the dev calendar. I'd also like to see integration with a wider variety of accounting apps and maybe a calendar app like Calendly. Also, a bit more flexibility with layout and design would be great, but it offers enough currently to get the job done.

Prospero pays for itself in terms of the time I save

PROS

I love how much time it saves me when I am writing proposals. I can just pull in sections from previous proposals. It reduced the amount of time I spend writing each month by about 40%. It also gives my business a more professional look, which helps me land more clients.

CONS

The lack of control over the design of the proposal itself. As a designer, it drives me insane that I can't adjust the spacing between sections. Some of the words end up wrapping in an unusual way on the final product and sometimes I have to go back and add a space here or there to balance it out.

I really like using this simple and powerful proposal software

I really like the interface and you can quickly setup and edit the proposal. Good for giving quick quotes to clients!

PROS

I love how easy it is to setup the proposal. They really have good content for different proposals. Lot of customizing options for fonts, layouts, colors. It's very easy to share across the proposal on whatsapp, email etc

CONS

Uncomplicated and helpful

Really happy to have everything looking more professional, streamlined, and systemised. I love the fact I don't have to guess if a client has read the proposal or not...love that!!

PROS

Best of all is that potential clients can actually digitally sign a proposal/contract online - big problem solved! Also the pre-populated content and professional templates makes it easy to get it done quickly. Being able to save my generic pieces of content for future proposals, very mobile friendly viewing, and knowing when the proposal has been viewed...this app is an all-round well thought out business tool that is worth every cent...and it's not expensive.

CONS

Creative control of the template is a little restrictive but I am sure those options will appear in time...

Prospero is near perfect!

PROS

The price for Prospero is perfect. Easy to use. Adds credibility to my business and work. I love that you can see if the client has opened the proposal and that you send updates if they accept or deny the proposal.

CONS

All in all Prospero has been great. I can't think of anything negative.

Love to have Prospero as a sales tool to deliver faster and more modern proposals to customers

I guess customers are liking this new proposal experience sending so they can read it either on there phone, tablet or computer.

PROS

The new look and format for my proposals. And that now I know if a proposal is open and read or not.

CONS

Lack of Spanish templates, lack of templates for selling fire and Security systems. But mainly that sending of proposal links is outside the system (through your own email, whatsapp, etc.). So there is no option to re-send proposals or send alarms of new events added to a proposal.

Great product, saves time and helps me close better deals

My proposals on Prospero are so easy to read, clear, and look great. I save a lot of time thanks to templates and a pre arranged structure that helps me get a clearer message to my client, and close better deals. It saves me a lot of time, and simplify's a complicated assignment.

I'm in love!

I love this software. I didn't stay on the free version long because I knew it was the game changer I needed for my business, and now I'm sending out more professional quotes/proposals.

PROS

I appreciate the templates to create a proposal since I am not a design-minded person. I still got to make a proposal and add branding, but I didn't have to overthink getting started. I love that I can see how long a client has reviewed a proposal and can get their signature right away.

CONS

I didn't immediately know how to take advantage of the library and add paragraphs that will be in every proposal, so I retyped quite a bit before I figured out the time hack.

PROS

Quick to setup and to finish. I love the fact that you can personalize it with images and videos

CONS

The multiple price package feature doesn't calculate the prices automatically. And after you self-calculated all the prices and saved them, you might lose all data if you entered command+z one too many times. Happened to me once.
