The store designer is no longer functional (I have a feeling this may be down to eBay rather than 3Dsellers though!)

Using 3dsellers for my eBay Store and Facebook eBay Store integrations was one of the best decisions I made last year. It has been a major game-changer for allowing the efficient listing and management of products, and it has also helped make our listings look so much more professional and appealing to customers. It appears to have had a very positive impact upon sales, too. One other observation: It's fun to use.

I am especially impressed with the way that 3dsellers integrates and interfaces with other ecommerce sites such as eBay, eBay Store, Facebook's eBay Store tab and many other online sites. 3dsellers makes it much easier to list product (without locking up over and over, such as what happens when you list directly on eBay which stops to "save" almost every field entered into its online forms), and then it populates your listings on the eligible sites you select to integrate almost flawlessly like magic (no stress or aggravation). It saves so much work, and its templates give your sites a professional advantage. It was great to find software like this that works with eBay and Facebook's eBay integration at the same time. As a former Shopify user, I wish I knew about this product a couple of years ago. I also really like the 3dsellers web site I was able to create, which looks even better than my eBay Store, yet interfaces with it.

Some of the product's many features have somewhat of a learning curve, and you most definitely need to read the support documentation available to use these features more efficiently. I have occasionally encountered some template html issues when integrating with eBay, but 3dsellers' Technical Support has always been willing to help work me though them to make the necessary repairs.

My overall experience with 3Dsellers is extremely positive. Besides a program that actually functions as advertised they continue to update and add features on a regular basis. And they listen!! Each and every time I have contacted them regarding a problem (rare) or to suggest something (much more often) the response has always been very positive. They will even follow-up with you to make sure they got what you wanted done correctly. Great product, great service, I can't ask for more.

The automation of customer correspondence ranks right up there with the listing designer for me. My customers are always commenting on how great our communication is, the biggest trick is not to go overboard with it. And the listing designer offers a variety of templates to choice from with each template offering a multitude of options to create a listing format specific to your needs. The ability to create different templates for different product types is also a plus.

I had to open 3Dsellers and look around a bit to find any "cons". All I could come up with is that occasionally the automatic feedback feature will miss leaving feedback for an item, but even that is just when there are multiple items being combined into one shipment.

My overall experience has been exceptional. On top of the quality software product, the customer service goes above and beyond. On more than one occasion, I've gotten responses and fixes to glitches even when I'm contacting the company outside normal business hours. As I find little bugs or opportunities to correct something in the software, the team responds with a fix usually within hours. I could not be more pleased with the support this company gives to their excellent product.

3Dsellers is perfect for my needs because it gives me flexible listing design features and the ability to carefully manage my inventory. It also provides the tools to manage every aspect of an item's process from "listing" to "after the sale." I love the ability to handle everything within one product. I love the Listing Tool the best since I spend a lot of time listing items. This tool helps me go faster and doesn't get in the way.

I currently don't have any features that I dislike or would like to see added.

I am happy it didn't cost an arm and a leg. i was able to add my other products to amazon easily. i get so many more reviews. its the best part of my business and i owe 3dsellers a ton. i have 2 jobs and 4 kids and was still able to grow because i've automated so much...

The Simplicity and how much my business repeat customer base has grown because of it. my off site views have skyrocketed and I am truly amazed. i will never end this subscription.

It's not really a con i guess but i get a ton more messages because i interact with the customers automated now, i would like a way to filter the responses from my "item sent:" so i don't think they are questions? they are usually just thank you messages, but i might miss some questions because there are so many. not really a con like i said i'll keep the messages with my growth any day.

Overall, it is great little piece of software for the money. It's a quick way to get your Ebay items to Facebook. If not for the Email support and quirks in the video library, I would give it a another star.

I was able to add my Ebay store items directly to my Facebook page with only a couple of clicks. When I update my eBay store, my Facebook store updates automatically. In addition, I the software permits me to make very professional looking product videos in a few minutes. I can save them locally and post them on Facebook, eBay, YouTube, etc. The software also sends out automatic feedback reminders to my Ebay customers. My Ebay rating has increased several points as a direct result of this option.

Customer support is done via email. Sometimes takes 2 - 3 days to resolve an issue. Once a product video is created using their software, it cannot be edited. As a result, if you need to make a change, you can upload the original video, make changes, then save it as a new video. So, you may end up with 5 or 6 slightly different copies of one video. This would not be so bad of an issue, but there is no way to delete the drafts you do not wish to keep. The video library gets cluttered up pretty quick.

I would be dead in the water without this product, Everything I could ever wish for on one easy-to-use platform. Simply brilliant software. You have to get it and you won't look back with such value for money.

I first found 3D sellers because of its affordable templates for different selling platforms. Using 3D sellers has helped my business make a professional appearance online. I then found other features like the inventory system and order sheet! its very easy to use and a big part of the day to day of running my online business.

Sometimes the website can be a little slow at updating multiple listings but this isnt a huge problem

Templates make having pro level listings easy. Bulk management of products, and picking up where companies like Ebay fall short.

We have noticed a few bugs but support has helped us as much as they could and resolved issues.

well, lets put it this way: My favorite thing about my eBay store ( I do a couple million $ per year some years and average 50-70 grand a month in sales.. so not a side hustle.. this is my main JOB ) Anyways .. it is my listings, I like to tell people who I'm in a conversation with about work to check out my listings for any item... they are wowed every time. So I figure I owe 3D Sellers a good review bc their product is very cool and profoundly professional.

The listings are very very professional looking ( like a website .. like a good website ) I like how easy and user friendly it was for creating the listing template to apply to all of my ebay listings and how it also stopped other peoples products from being advertised at the bottom of my listings too, instead this template listed my other items for sale.

There have been some minor glitches from time to time between what I create and what shows up on my eBay listings in real time, but they have been dealt with by their support staff every time. So, I'm satisfied.

I have been selling online for 20 years and I have used this software for a couple of years now and I am very happy with their product and service.

This product is very easy to use and integrated very well.

The Customer service on weekends has been spotty thru covid, but I always get a response from someone in a few hours, they are very attentive to their customer base.

There is still no quick and easy way to mass edit descriptions of listings.

We needed a way to increase the amount of Ebay feedback we were receiving. 3D Sellers automates this process and unlike many others, it uses the Ebay native messaging to send the requests out. It also knows when not to ask for feedback, such as returns and delays.

We found the software by looking for feedback automation tools. The pricing is very good. We're also using the seller communication tools as well. On the use of these features alone, the product is very good value.

3Dsellers has been great to work with. I had a couple problems with the bulk listing tools and they were willing to make the changes I needed in order to get it to work. Once that was resolve, I didn't look back.

It's the only software I've found which can handle eBay's attributes for trading card games, such as Magic: the Gathering. Certain fields are required by eBay and 3D can handle them via their Custom Specific fields. I like the automatic e-mails/messages to customers. They were easy to customize.

The splash screen when you first sign on is a bit clunky and doesn't always update.

So far so good. I hope 3D sellers meets my needs for my 6 month goal.

Being able to manage multiple stores in one place is huge for us. Also being able to enter tracking information, communicate with customers, view orders, etc. all in one convenient location is amazing! I also love that the fees are based on sales volumes and if you are over or under-estimating your sales, you can change your plan at any time so save.

We use multiple stores to sell the different levels of quality of items, (as-is, used, new, new open box, discontinued, etc.) being able to move the items from one store to another is amazing!

I would like to see an option to view all inventory across all stores, currently, I have to flip each store to see what is listed which honestly isn't a huge deal.

I like the design function, but if you can create more that will be helpful.
