The implementation team was excellent in their support and testing  between both applications and I had complete confidence in their ability.

I like the recommended templates that come in Dotmailer. We are excited to implement triggered campaigns.

We had many billing errors with them. Decided to just cancel after contract was up.

The Magento integration is terrific, you can really give your subscribers email offers tailored to their interests. That's such a crucial part of email marketing.

That's a huge plus to getting their attention and looking professional also. The e-mail automation programs are a life-saver.

Problem re-subscribing customers who unsubscribed in the past due to strict spam control.

Ease of building emails. Ease of managing contacts.

Meaning whenever had to be sent out, you will have to fire up a Windows 7 virtual machine that was solely used, to send out marketing emails.

Really easy to use, templates and image friendly, good customer and technical support. Has good automation options and multiple folder capability for prospect and customers mail outs.

They have a great on-boarding process and team supporting the launch/transition. When issues have come up they are very quick to resolve them.

Ease of use, good onboarding, integration of SMS, landing pages, forms and surveys.

Dotmailer is a great platform that allows for some powerful means of mass messaging/emailing.

Features are easy to use, program. Amazing customer service, campaign test options are easy.

Many of the IPs are neutral or bad. It's why we have to switch to Pardot.

A top notch support team quickly identifies and resolves any issues. Our customer success manager analyzes our campaigns and provides helpful insights to make each one more effective.

The only thing I dislike about Dotmailer is that when sending an email to a specific group of contacts you are unable to choose another group of contacts to exclude from the send.

Good email marketing platform for a reasonable price.

The benefits are the ease of creating templates for emails, the reporting supplied, and the customer support has proved very helpful.

Love the segmentation and automation features. Haven't used the new preferences section but that also looks like it will be helpful to our marketing.

Our dotmailer contact is very responsive and fast when we have questions--sometimes she answers within 3 minutes. That level of customer help is great.

There was not much support when it came to automation. I set up an automation that the service rep said looked correct, but it does not work the way it needs to.

I like the ease of building emails and the tutorials are very helpful. I also like the integration with SalesForce when it works.

Great customer service from support. The cost is extremely fair and the account managers are really great.

It has good articles and blogs where I can learn new stuff. The​ customer service is excellent.

Dotmailer features are very competitive and their pricing model is better than those in the competitive landscape.

Segmenting is fast and easy. There are features like the optimization that makes it great for generating more opens.

Support was always ready and willing to help even if they could not resolve issue. Pricing is very affordable for what you get as well.

The issue is there is no warning when you setup the logic if it may cause issue. It just happens when you set the schedule and let it runs.

We have a very small team of 2 handling marketing so the features and suggestions and sample templates are super helpful.

We had a problem with Jet that didn't let us publish our own 1 year warranty as a bullet point. Zentail cannot override bullet point features.

I do not know how this software has gotten such high praises.

If I had to say what I like best is Zentail makes me feel like a partner and not a customer. I feel as though they are vested in our success.

This software makes it easy to push your listings to all sales channels such as Wal-mart, eBay, Amazon, and Shopify.

I know there's a lot more Zentail can do that  I haven't even touched yet (I'll leave these to their respective departments).

This software is crap when it comes to purchase orders, shipping, and just about everything else you would use it for.

I love that the interface is so user friendly and easy to follow.

Pretty cool we could set the increase and let it run NOT pricing was jacked up across the marketplaces. Way off 8% and we would have one item with 10 different colors.

The success dashboard is a great tool to help manage products on all the websites. The Analytics tool is great to see what products are hot and what are not, what is making money and what is not.

BE WARNED If they fail to deliver on your onboarding goals, you will not be released from the contract.

I like how I can control what warehouse will fulfill what products as I have multiple warehouses.

I feel as though they are vested in our success. There support is awesome and they are always looking to improve.

However, it caused a lot of issues with Jet and plummeted that marketplace. Constant uphill battle with that marketplace using this tool.

Great Solution to list Products on multiple channels  in one interface.

At this point I had already disconnected Zentail from all of my channels and hoped to mitigate losses by cancelling the 1k per month Zentail subscription.

I am very impressed not only with the ease of use but the ease of getting up and running.

I love how easy it is to load a product (with the right data), flip switches and it's listed on all the channels you have hooked up.

But they do have a partner you can integrate with for another $1000 + dollars a month. Pricing- a complete and utter waste of time.

The software has all of the functionality that I need to manage my multi-channel marketplaces. The Zentail support team is super responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Customer service is great, flexibility and understanding each customers unique situations. Just a great software and great team.

Managing selling prices by using the dynamic re-pricer is great. Zentail worked closely with me to customize an order export file that works perfect within my business model.

Every now and then we'll run into a bug or have a question about a feature, and Zentail's support team has always been very responsive and helpful.

I was excited about the inventory and pricing features as well as being able to optimize across marketplaces. Failures in all 3 features.

We had no way of keeping an accurate inventory at either warehouse and it did not take inventory out based off where it shipped from.

In my mind as a business owner that sells products, if I have a product that costs me more money to service the customer than it makes, that is a poor product.

Easy to use interface, easy to see back end records (who changed what, and when) and diagnosing issues of products/listings. The API is nice to pull and do some custom programmed automated analysis.

The repricer that it claims to have is garbage as well, it is not a algorithmic repricer and will loose you money.

There support is awesome and they are always looking to improve.

We started this program hopeful that it would be our solution to having multiple e-commerce sites.
