Helium 10 is great for a quick snapshot of your daily/weekly/monthly sales if selling on multiple Amazon marketplaces.

Good tools, highly variable customer service. It has been real good on occasion and real bad on many occasions.

Some functionality glitches. I often have my COGS changing due to negotiations or supply shortages so when I go to change those prices they rarely actually update.

It's very easy to use and has a lot of options. But it's XRay that makes my life very easy and the Profits helps me to see how my business is doing.

Occasionally the chrome extension numbers appear wrong.

I loved how I could search different keywords being used, sales, analytics, etc. of other ASINS that were not my own. I loved the Chrome plugin on product pages that tracked sales, pricing, rank, etc.

You can't have your software down for a week or two weeks with no info on when it will be back up.

I did analysis in the trial version and the result is amazing. He definitely finds the right product and makes a competitive analysis.

This glitch gave me 5 negative reviews in 3 days. Customer support does not have English as a first language which causes communication issues.

Love that it estimates the cost of a product and its shipping fees quickly.

Superb tutorials to familiarize you with the features of Helium 10 and clear guidance on how you might use them. The essential  management tool for beginners and experienced users alike.

The chrome extension and tight integration with Amazon platform to link back and forth and the ability to download into Excel to filter and view data as I choose.

Even with the tutorials we have watched not sure we are using and understand all of Helium 10's features fully for our purposes.

With the new Alta integration other software developers will need to seriously up their game.

While searching on the internet, I saw helium 10 and decided to try it. First I bought the trial version and used it, the result is amazing.

Neither issue was critical and I figured things out on my own, but it would have been nice to have more comprehensive customer service.

They limited the number of kw's that can be imported into Scribbles...this is just ridiculous I need far more than the 1000 limit, this makes my life difficult.
