If you run in Magento, this is the ultimate omni-channel POS solution
My experience with this team, which I have worked with for awhile now, has been incredible enough for me to write this review lol. They have gone above and beyond time and time again, to ensure that their product is dependable, reliable and cutting-edge. They have always been true to their word, very responsive and caring support team. Every employee from magestore I have worked with truly cares about their product and the businesses that use it. It feels more like a partnership sometimes and I cannot express the importance of that feeling. They are constantly improving and releasing new features also. They have made a believer out of me and probably my whole staff as well. Thank you Magestore team!
PROSThe customization options are endless. We have customized this platform around the needs of our business and it has allowed for exponential growth. There is no other Magento solution that comes even close. I've looked at them all.
CONSMagento is a beast that takes patience, determination and a lot of work to tame. Every Magento instance becomes unique and different from each other which sometimes has to be debugged. Extensions can cause conflicts with each other, it's just Magento's nature. I can't stress the importance of understanding this point. It's not a con on magestore but an important thing to consider. Magento is not plug and play.

Great POS system with ability to customize anything.
Lots of learning for myself and my team to work with Magento. Once we understood the product, we could better communicate to Magestore about our issues. Magestore recently started hosting our server and the cost was 1/3 of what we paid before, and the speed was double. Magestore created a very good POS for us, we had some glitches in the beginning, but they were able to resolve the issues for us. We have been using Magestore for about 3 years now, and we had many struggles with Magento. I would say 3 years in we have a very good website and POS that I am very proud of that works exceptionally well. But it was not without hard work from our side as well as Magestore.
PROSGreat communication and ability to actual do what you ask.
CONSMagento is a complicated program, but Magestore has a good understanding on how to implement the software. So far, Magestore has outperformed all other POS companies we worked with in all areas.

Magestores interface looked the best, the screenshots were better, and we got lucky.
Reasons for switching to Magestore
Microsoft Dynamics and RMS Counterpoint were very dated and did not have a modern interface, nor did they work well with the internet or online shopping.

Excellent software and support
Couldn't fault them really. We had some minor setup and installation issues on our heavily customised MAgento store but the guys [sensitive content hidden] were very patient and quick to respond to all our queries. We had some issues which were related to other extensions we had but [sensitive content hidden] helped us resolve those also which they obviously didn't need to do.
PROSSpeed. The POS syncs quickly and is very responsive for the guys in the shop
CONSNothing really apart from maybe an option to customise the receipt template however it's really not that much of a big deal.

Good POS as a start
The integration done by the Magestore team was ok.
CONSWhat can be improved: as a beginner, I would have appreciated more help configuring printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers (ready-to-use solution), barcode impressions (hard to configure), gift card (our salesperson need to go to the backend of Magento to find the gift code when a customer buy one, translation for gift cards on the website were missing, gift card impression should be on a standard format page so customer can easily print it), customize delivery method require to customise development to be implemented, no gift receipt.

A great POS, and a great team behind it
The Magestore team’ responsiveness was consistently impressive, and they handled installation and issue resolution remarkably quickly. Jessie was always eager and enthusiastic about helping us and we look forward to further collaborations in the future!
PROSMagestore’s POS was our ideal solution for seamlessly integrating our new Magento website and POS system. Having everything in one place has simplified our workflow significantly!
CONSMagestore's POS is very easy to use and is intuitive. The good thing about Magestore is we can organise to include new features as we need them, and we'll likely discuss adding a "daily, weekly, monthly" sales tab on our POS.

Product Amazing Support Garbage
If the product wasn't as good as it was or there was an alternative that offered real customer support I would leave. Since there isn't I'm happy with the product itself.
PROSThe ease of use and integration. As we use a Magento 2 backend we needed an easy integration POS for our brick and mortar store and for the most part this is the be all and end all.
CONSTheir customer service. They don't actually have customer service it's more like a representative who will answer you occassionally and will get to your problem sometime in the next six months if you are lucky. They don't understand the words URGENT or RUSH. They are disorganized and don't speak English very well.

Because it integrated without 3rd party software, was a one time fee and seemed the easiest way to get set up fast.

Best POS for Magento
We have been using Magestore POS for almost a year now and we are very pleased with it. If you a running Magento then this is definitely the best POS. It integrates directly with Magento since it is in fact a Magento plugin. The support team is wonderful to work with and very supportive. We were able to get help in setting up our system, importing large numbers of products, and live support for our store opening. The team really goes above and beyond in making sure you are happy with the software. There is real sense of investment on their part and they will stick with you through whatever problems may arise. Nothing beats that feeling of being cared for and having reliable help.
PROSIt integrates directly with Magento. It has a slick PWA frontend that is fast and resilient—it can even continue working offline if need be. Extra features such as gift cards, loyalty point system, inventory management. Not to mention excellent support
CONSMagento is complicated to set up so there may be some hiccups getting everything up and running initially.

Great software for any Omnichannel store
Great company and very quick with responses. Good knowledge of Magento and their products are very stable.We have many stores and our operations would have been a challenge without their POS system. They just have to review their support terms and conditions as well as the pricing.

CONSJust the price is a bit high and the ongoing support is also a bit expensive expecially for a small business.They will also disable your account and block your access to the recent updates if your support is not renewed. This I find as a bad practice because at least we should have access to the software we purchased even if they provide no update.

Seamless Integration
Overall a great experience with the team
PROSWhen I first started my business, I really did not want to have two different system for POS and online store to synchronize manually. This led us to use Magestore POS system which from day #1 solved this issue with us which saved us a lot of time and money in the long run from having to sync sales from multiple sources. Highly recommended solution!

Perfect Omnichannel solution!
The solution is functional, precise and very easy to use. Especially if you are running online and retail stores at the same time. Additional features are easily implemented and so far it meets all our expectations. The support tea is great and very fast!
PROSThe solution works very well with Magento 2. Real time data exchange help better stock management and saves time. It is very easy to use. All necessary features for retail store are there. The design/visual part is perfect for avoiding mistakes and Custom product allows create packages/services on spot.

A Little Buggy But All In All A Good Solution
Overall it's been positive. I like the newer version fewer loading issues and a pretty smooth ride overall.
PROSThe new version is fast and simple to use. There are fewer issues with items being out of stock. We don't have issues anymore of customers not appearing so pretty happy.
CONSWeird things like one of the POS stations doesn't work for no apparent reason. We have a POS terminal that simply won't work while the rest work fine. Also when refunding an order the item isn't added back into stock.
Reasons for switching to Magestore
Because we needed to resolve the issues of being allowed to checkout customers with products that are out of stock and we also had insane loading times on the checkout screen that were all resolved in the new version.

Doesn't work as designed. Can't be used or tested
Wasted three weeks of time. Spoke to sasles agent [SENSITIVE CONTENT], she disappered with no alternate contact, and reappeared later saying she was sick. So we decided to test the POS solution using the free plugin and it didn't work. Just loops the login page. Total waste of time. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] then tried to make some money off our frustration by asking us to pay for support to fix their application which doesn't work as designed. Would not recommend wasting your time with this company. it's clear they cannot fully deliver. They can't even deliver the basics they say are already in production nor can they afford to maintain it so it stays in production. Just a total waste of time with dishonest people.
PROSI couldn't tell you because the free trial plugin doesn't work .
CONSSoftware installs but doesn't work. Stays in a loop in which no staff member added can sign in. Infact they are just asked to login over and over. This is the "free" plugin and when you ask for support they will try to get you to buy support. Makes no sense unless fraud.

Magestore is a leader in all things Magento. I've used them on countless projects and with lots of their apps. This one is the same and doesn't disappoint.
CONSLimited feature set. Just make sure it fits exactly what you need for your specific store and how you want it set up.

Very good service
POS Checkout. It can be combined with the cash register of my offline store, integrating resources.
CONSSome of these settings are quite frustrating, especially for people with multiple warehouses and sales points.
