Overall we've had a good longstanding relationship with incredible tech.
PROSIt is easy to use for our Sales staff, it highlights issues and are able to give us reports back based on our company's needs. We are able to process orders with less error and quicker turnaround time
CONSIt has some limitation, of which they were always able to supply an alternative solution

Paper saving, cost saving, data storage, accurate information. This tool has aided in our business saving on time and money.
PROSThe most impactful feature of this software is paper saving. We have for years wasted paper between ourselves and our suppliers. This saves costs on paper and courier cost of having to move the paper to other sites. Now the information is easily accessible for all users at any site.
CONSAt the moment, there is no features that I have issues with.

I love that the people at missing link were always available and dedicated to assisting where assistance was needed. They always assisted in trying to find solutions for the things that we were having issues with.
PROSThe software is easy to use for our customers.
CONSThere were some technical glitches that we were facing with regards to streamlining the software with our third party EDI processors and our systems.

PROSMakes tracking of invoices so much easier , queries are done much faster which gives more time to focus on other daily responsibilities , minimal manual work required , Suppliers still receive payment if an AP Clerk is on leave or off sick
CONSThere's not much that can be improved as we had picked up issues which has been resolved

The project implementation took a bit longer than expected, but once it was up and running everything worked smoothly.
PROSThe biggest impact has been the order and invoice integration with one of our biggest customers. The benefits run across the supply chain.

Difficult to get the other party to align their data.
