Our biggest advantage with Ship Turtle has been vendor visibility and control on inventory and order management, thus freeing up our team's time to take on other tasks.

We are an Indian marketplace for children's products (www.thenestery.in). We have used Shipturtle for the past 3 months. We liked how it simplified the AWB booking process, and split our orders across our 200+ vendors seamlessly.

1. Picklist based on vendor barcode. 2. Does not sync with Shopify completely so any order edits in shopify except cancellations need to be done across both platforms. 3. Does not allow change in payment mode (again point 2, does not sync completely with Shopify).

As a marketplace, we were struggling with manual processing of orders and the intricacies that came with it. Through shipturtle, we have managed to streamline all our processes, in a timely, effective and cost-effective manner. Kudos to Sharad and the entire ship-turtle team, for an incredible product and the support provided!

Nothing notable in terms of a con. However, if there were ways to have direct syncs to accounting platforms, it would be a huge boon!

Overall, this program is the best option for startups who don't have much money to start with. But, of you're larger and can afford higher priced programs, I would choose those over Shipturtle just because of the non-stop random errors that put a pause on my business

I love how many features Shipturtle comes with. The fact that vendors can generate shipping labels is a fantastic feature not found very often with competitors. The integration options are great as well. I love having Stripe as a way to pay out vendors and it builds trust. Ship Station for labels is the best option and I love having it as an integration

My only real problem with Shipturtle is that certain issues keep plcoming back and I'm constantly having to message customer support to once again fix the problem. For example, I've had moments where it'll tell me I reached my limit for number of vendors and that I need to upgrade. I am already on the highest plan, so this error stops me from continuing my work until Shipturtle can fix it. And once that error is fixed, it seems like a new error pops up and the cycle continues. It's very frustrating.

ST has been very reliable marketplace management plugin for us on Shopify. Their team is very supportive and they have more or less resolved all the existing pain points. Still new requirements always comes up and if they can't change the default design, they find a way out to manage the requirements.

They have likely covered all the tech and compliance requirement which are needed to run a marketplace in India and across. Also easy to understand and migrate from other similar plugins.

Would like if menus are simplified further. Better fonts, more contrast in UI. Geo specific restriction will be great to have for certain products.

I had and I am still having an excellent experience with the whole team. They will go that extra mile if they need to. They will take care of you as you deserve.

How friendly it is. Very easy to use. I have to add that it's customer service is just UNBELIEVABLE. They are willing to help by any means necessary. This software is just a MASTER piece. You will no find any other software with all the good features it has. FedEx and DHL integration and a lot more.

Shipturtle has taken a large load of running a small ecommerce business solo.

The automation it brings to the fulfillment stage, as well as the name.

It slows down my shopify store speed score.

We've tried a number of different apps to build out our vendor portal, and ShipTurtle is the only one flexible enough to meet our needs. The support and willingness to customize has been great.

We have not had any negative experiences.

Simple, clean, and easy to use. There were issues at the start but I expect them with anybody trying to launch a new app/new features. Overall it solves for what they stand for.

Custom Features implementation, longer wait times for support

Shipturtle has helped in starting our business within a short span as most backend things like an IMS, OMS, LMS and CMS were already available within the system.

The system is detailed and thought through in terms of customer / merchant requirements and most things are easily configurable with no or limited dependency.

There are no such aspects that make it difficult to use. With new capabilities being added, I am sure the system will become more formidable and a go-to solution for all backend needs of a single/multivendor system

Easy to integrate tool for shopify users, with a multi/single vendor functionality. We will be going live in a few days but development experience so far has been good.

There are no cons as such. Team is open to adding new features as per requirement if it is in line with product roadmap or if its a value add

Good app - syncs up super fast with Shopify and is quite user friendly.. the support team is also quite helpful
