They have a very high employees turnover and lost most of the continuity of the work already done when a new employee arrive. For the inversion in time and money I did it's expensive.

Customer support was very responsive. The Skype group coordination works very fine.

Again the user-friendly side of SCE makes it great. The back office design and all it includes for the price cant be beat.

Great if you don't trust Google to report on itself). Employee settings - When it comes to the websites I run, I like to control everything.

That mistake costed us over the weekend. Constant other mistakes.

Shopping Cart Elite has shown us that they are very professional and offer great Customer Service.

I've utilized their product but when I wanted to hire my own developer it was very difficult. Shopping cart elite forced me to use their hourly developers which cost an arm/leg.

Absolute worst experience I have ever been through.

All in all, their mistakes cost us in lost sales. And the real irony is we switched from another competitor because we thought we could save some money as that service was quite expensive.

We had to clean up our data before we imported it into SCE. SCE was very good with helping us with this process and offered us a hands-on way of doing it because that was what fit our situation best.

On top of a full featured cart system, part of our website required the creation of a custom juice mixing widget that was perfectly executed.

By the way they will randomly overcharge your card with no explanation. These guys have terrible busisness practices that will likely get them shut down eventually.

We already had a site that had worked well for us. We were most concerned about loosing SEO ranking and possibly upsetting existing customers.

Its the best user friendly program, and the support they offer is top notch.

Along with all the features SCE offers, their support staff and the ability to get in touch with the correct person for any given issue is very effective and much appreciated.

The feature I like best is the Bulk Product Uploads and Changes. I am thrilled with the amount of time it saves me.

We have used SCE to list our products on Amazon and adding our products to Google Shopping was extremely easy and so far has been very effective. Discounts - The SCE Discount Module is very good.

The tutorials they make available really lend to their user friendliness. Also, design quality, money friendly, and most importantly the SCE team is operating under a lattice.

Didn't manage to use the software as incompetent staff did enough damage to my business to warrant cutting them off before they did more.

Way too much work to integrate all your channels - support is terrible and non-responsive. Software frequently goes down and no one responds to your issues or know why it happened.

One of the websites have generated a great increase in the products that we have on that website.

I was quickly attracted to the other sites they referred me to review that they've hosted on their server similar to what I was aiming to accomplish. Needless to say I was impressed.

The best feature is its ability to integrate with multiple ecom channels without using any other program. IT basically handles everything for you, so you don't have to worry about anything else.

SKU Labs support is top notch, they are insanely responsive and willing to help work through almost anything you have issues or questions with.

Their chat support is always on top of it and their support people know everything about their tool. The tool is really intuitive and solved a couple problems I didn't even know I had.

Organizational and operational systems are fantastic.

What's even more impressive is their customer service, I have just not experienced anything like it before. Every time I post a question using their chat, I get a reply within seconds.

Clear winner in our selection process and I have never experienced a better customer service.

We like skulabs because it integrates very well with Big Commerce. Being able to load our inventory at a SKU level and build kits has streamlined my inventory mgt process.

Overall SKULabs has really improved our accuracy in shipping, receiving PO's, and doing periodic inventory counts. Import/export functions are solid for being able to mass update to, or from SKULabs.

The software is straight forward, user-friendly, and has honestly completely changed our inventory accuracy by at least 80% or more.

The ability to track our inventory is my favorite part everything is where it should be when you need it.

Amazing, friendly support who go out of their way to help me and my individual needs.

That's been a downside in needing to print thousands of labels routinely.

Overall ease of use - we came from StitchLabs when it was killed-off; SKULabs was just outside of our desired budget, but it delivers ERP grade software at a fraction of the cost.

The amount of $ this software saves is amazing. No more having to pay for customer return postage for incorrect item sent.

So looking forward to the integration with Quickbooks they will be releasing soon that will make it even better because I will be able to pull in my orders into QB instead of manually entering them.

The inventory updates are relatively quick, so it's nice to have the site match the inventory. Customer Service has been responsive, but only on chat.

WE like it, it works, however, we are approaching an inventory point where we need some of these issues we have to work. The shipping feature would be huge as we still cant use it.

Very intuitive and usable GUI that doesn't overwhelm users. Solid integration with sales channels, and shipping services including Amazon SFP Shipping.

This Software is very User Friendly, we transitioned to this system Seamlessly with the help of the Skulabs Team. For Day to Day Shipping, and any inventory tasks it is easy and efficient to use.

I have of course not asked for functionality that I don't think would be good for others, but it's just amazing how they have adhered to it and implemented it quicker than I could have imagined.

In reality, they *some* functionality related to what they promise, but it's often half baked and buggy. The docs offer no guidance on how to use some features.

Also, we do not see the 'anomalies' we saw in other software programs we used where inventory would just be off on occasion with no explanation.

Skulabs is like an infant child:  You have to watch it constantly as problems will popup consistently and you have to solve them or else bad things can happen.

We still find ourselves spending a lot of time figuring out how much we need to order and when. This gets difficult when shipments can take 3 months to arrive.

It has great ease of use and functionality the option to select cheapest shipping fees without having to switch to multiple screens or programs and re enter addresses is a great time saver.

This software gives me one-stop shopping. It saves me time and energy, and therefore, money.

Instead of clicking the drop down and 'print combined documents. Or at least something more streamlined than the current process.

I'm using SKULabs to sync product details and inventory totals between Square and Shopify. I'm looking at another app that claims to do this but I'm a little afraid to take the risk.
