The hidden gem!!!

We set out to improve to areas completion of forms that were getting lost and tracking of employee training. We have succeeded in both areas. The best part about it is there was minimal blow back from employees when introducing the program. Everything at their fingertips and not having to hand write their forms has been a huge success. This program was totally worth the investment

PROS

Since I have started working in the OS+H field I have been looking for a program that was all inclusive. A program that allowed the company to get the information they needed available to them immediately, but also something that had buy in from the employees and did not seem to cumbersome. THIS IS IT!! A platform that is easy to use, navigate, retrieve information. The employees enjoy using it and allows them access to material that may have been lost due to old ways of paper copies.

CONS

Form development can be a little bit of a challenge if not very familiar with how to do it, but the customer service department is exceptional. The base the form on teaching you how to use the program and how to get the most out of it. Other than that; this program is 100% on point.

FOREMAN FRIENDLY!!!! We needed to find a system that would be welcomed by the employees and wasn't a burden to their operation. This program was it. The program was more cost effective for our intended purpose.

More simplistic to use and operator friendly. Last program was manually entered by one person. This program allows foreman to complete their tasks and increases production because of the format.

PROS

When getting started with Corfix, we were using another platform but the switch over was so easy with the Corfix team that we were ready for launch in a few days. Tracking training certificates is amazing since supervisors and workers can have access to them on site!Filling out forms has never been this easy! We have multiple generations in our workplace and the set up was really easy and the integration was smooth. With our company being spread out in all Northern Ontario, supervisors and workers now have access to the required documents, form and resources they need for guidance and compliance.

CONS

I would like Corfix to have the integration to automatically upload our training certificates from our in house LMS.

The staff at Corfix are just wonderful! They always make time for you and your company’s needs! They are flexible and will do what ever they can to meet your expectations.The other feature that we can’t wait to try is time keeping. With this option this will remove our paper slips and make it time efficient!

We made the switch because the forms were not set up to be confidential and the overall set up was not working out for our needs. Privacy is huge and that is one thing that i couldn’t change.

Construction Safety Management

My experience with Corfix has been exceptional. The support they offer is unmatched.

PROS

I love the adaptability of the forms and being able to make changes and tweaks as required. The easy user interface is simple to adopt and gain field buy-in.

CONS

The output reports. The formatting and page breaks on a finished report need to be more streamlined, and less confusing to navigate to the end reader.

Cost, Effectiveness, Capability, Flexibility, Functionality.I had previous conversations with [sensitive content hidden] when I was with Inflector because I saw merit in replacing SiteDocs with Corfix. Ultimately, the idea was not adopted.When I began looking at other options with Buttcon, I immediately went to Corfix and contacted [sensitive content hidden] directly.

Procore forms for safety were not very effective. Procore is still in use by our company, but for more end-to-end operations and management.

Phenomenal. We have implemented it across provinces and in other countries and it continues to deliver exactly what we need!

The thing I like most about Corfix is the support, any questions or concerns get addressed right away. Will has been great with support and always reaching out to see how things are going.

CONS

Being able to add forms from the previous day if it’s the same duties and roles. It would be nice to have an option to click the form from the previous day as we do a lot of things the same a few days in a row

Better documentation and saved time

Overall all experience is positive. I am glad I have went with Corfix

PROS

I have saved a lot of time with Corfix with my internal processes. I have also been able to consolidate both timekeeping and checklists in Corfix, which makes it easier for my employees to manage as it is only one app! The QuickBooks online integration is super helpful when it comes time to payroll.

CONS

Nothing bad to say at this point I look forward to seeing what features they come out with in the future.

I was able to consolidate both timekeeping and safety/checklists into one software which made it easy for my employees. Plus they have an integration for QBO which makes the data transfer easy.

Corfix app

Over all experience is very good. There are some minor faults in the app but it does not effect my work that much

To keep truck of hours for each project. That you can sort by job # or work order #, by the date or by the employee

CONS

It doesn't round up time to the nearest quarter of an hour on work orders. I wish I that there could be feature that would sort job & work order #

Corfix Review

Corfix is an amazing tool for contractors and companies, small or large.

PROS

I really like the Health and safety aspect of Corfix, the document section, and having all of your safety documents at your finger tips, with easy access, and being able to complete them so easily.

CONS

I know the app is still developing, but there were quite a few bugs, and glitches to work through.

A positive experience using Corfix

A very positive experience with Corfix so far. The customer support is exceptional. The program is easy to use even for those that are not tech friendly.

PROS

The program is simple to use and we had no difficulties rolling out to our staff. I like how easy it is to gain access to our company documents through a mobile app. Corfix does not limit you to the availability of data storage. I like that Corfix offers a timekeeping option.

CONS

Ironing out the kinks in the timekeeping settings took about three weeks.

SiteDocs is based out of BC and my business operates out of Ottawa, Ontario. I wanted to support a local Ottawa based company that will be able to offer customer support within my time zone or even in-person. SiteDocs did not offer a timekeeping option.

It's been great to deal with the Corfix team. The onboarding process was seamless. Customer service has been on point. Great to work with a local Canadian company.

Customer service is a very high priority for Corfix. The team I've been dealing with has been great to work with at all levels.

The application could be more user friendly with a dedicated photo section. Nothing major. The app works well.

Highly Recommend

I am very satisfied with my choice to go with Corfix. Although we don't use it for it's main purpose of project management, we have been able to utilize many of the features. The Timekeeping feature is what we needed the app for, and it has saved us MANY hours and has been well worth the cost of the app, despite not using all of the features. I highly recommend this app to all that ask.

PROS

The customer service by far exceeds my expectations; my CSM is always available to help me when I need it and is great at suggesting ways to use the app. I also love that they are a local company. Customization of the app seems to be easily done as well.

CONS

There are bugs sometimes, but that is to be expected in all applications - they are typically quickly resolved.

CORFIX Safety Managment Platform

Overall, I have a very positive experience working with Corfix Team and software performance. Our heavy-civil construction company implemented this safety platform in March 2022, and since then, we have successfully used it daily. It significantly reduced the time our employees spent handling all requirements and complying with all HSMS requirements.

Corfix review from a crane rental company

Perfect experience from day 1. We still have quartely calls with our Corfix rep and continue to have a great support .

PROS

We like that all the staff has access to our key info from the jobsite including their certifications. The certification management is also a pros for the HSE manager.

CONS

The dispatch feature is still a work under progress.

First Impressions A Plus

Its been great so far!!

I must say first impressions have been great, Customer service is top notch our company rep [sensitive content hidden] was great to deal with. Will displayed great understanding of the program and delivered the information in a way I could grasp the concepts with ease.

Corfix in Utility Construction

We have used Corfix primarily as a safety management software. The ease of use of Corfix is one of its biggest highlights. We are managing and tracking incidents, conducting audits and inspections and tracking our daily JHAs all in one place. The ability to data mine this information is also a breeze and allows our safety team to share the information with senior management and stakeholders.

PROS

The best part about Corfix is the fully customizable interface. Everything from forms to the dashboard for the admin user is fully customizable to be tailored to our specific needs.

CONS

We have not found anything we were not pleased with. If there is a glitch or issue, Corfix support address the issue in a timely manner and follows up on the solution to ensure satisfaction.
