Managing various health and safety programs simultaneously used to be a daunting task until I discovered Site App Pro. This digital software has truly revolutionized the way I work, allowing me to efficiently oversee and maintain the safety programs of multiple clients. I can't recommend Site App Pro enough! The exceptional customer service provided by the Site App Pro team is truly unmatched. Anytime I've had questions or needed assistance, they have been prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. It's reassuring to know that I have a dedicated support team to rely on, ensuring that I can make the most out of this powerful tool.

If I had to choose a few things that set Site App Pro apart from competing softwares, would be the asset management and visitor check-in using the QR code features. Also, for my clients who hire subcontractors, the vetting/pre-qualification procedure can be done exclusively through the app.

As I continue to use the app with different clients, there are a few suggestions I identify such as the naming convention for when you upload certificates. However, I bring these minor recommendations up to my Site App Pro account manager and he notifies the applicable SAP team members to make these improvements in future updates.

Great people to deal with and customer service is great. I use it for me and a number of clients!

Need to develop flexiblity in reporting and link wof and reg etc into checks

We partnered with Site App Pro over a year ago now and many of our clients have implemented this product into their health and safety systems. The support team at Site App Pro are amazing and respond quickly to queries or issues. The reports and export functions make prequals and tendering easy with all the information stored in one place. And the Dashboard makes it easy to stay on top of compliance requirements.

Any features, upgrades or glitches that would make this product even easier are considered and implemented by the team during the regular updates, often making any issues only temporary.

Seriously, this software is crucial to the running of our Gardening & Landscaping Business. We use it multiple times a day on multiple sites. Weird the way the screen glitches to white sometimes on the mobile app when you want to fill in a form but I mentioned this to the team and someone is addressing the error already.

We have been with Site App Pro for over 5 years. The product improves on a regular basis giving us new features constantly to improve ease of use and reporting we can provide our clients. Also the trade doesn't like to waste time on site with paperwork and the product works for them . What we achieved in four years with paperwork took us 4 months with site app pro

Tradies don't like complication. There participation uptake has been very quick

There really isn't to much , if there is the Communication lines are always to makes changes

Everything is in one place, less paper work and it is easy for our employees to use. Site App Pro is also always updating features and adding new additional things to the app which is great

There are a few small minor issues mainly with report pulling but in general we are very happy with SiteApp pro

I like that there is the flexibility to create your own documents or amend existing documents for a more practical use for our business.

It would be nice if when a report is submitted that the worker could make any additional changes that were needed. Sometimes there is a requirement to have to redo a report all together.

They have a strong team that can help out with any questions you may have, the team is very knowledgeable, and are able to assist your business from its inception to help meet your HSE needs.

No physical paperwork for me to track down, scan and store. Easy for me to know who has completed their checks and meetings.

Getting the staff to get onboard and use the app. The dates being mm/dd/yyyy rather than day first.

Improved MSDS repository and desktop functionality for forms

I like it's broad functionality & how it brings all H&S aspects into one platform. Integrates with Zapier. Customer support team are fantastic and very keen to help.

It's too broad - a lot of our customers only just want one aspect. You can't turn off other modules so it can be confusing.

Great customer service Generally happy with the product but still new so still ironing some things out

I like that it gives the boys an easier way to work rather than the old fashioned hand written pieces of paper

When the form is too big setting it up plays silly games

Great. I like the fact you can edit content to make bespoke to each client.

Still a few tweeks to be more user friendly but support constantly review and listen to feedback.

Many platforms fail to achieve the ease of use (3 clicks to happiness) and operability that I look for. This one does, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Ability for staff to electronically sign in and out of job sites.

Needs a QR Code for all staff to be able to use to sign in to each job site.
