The Only Option for E-Signature

Love it

PROS

Ease of use and functionality. I find that sending documents and making templates is very intuitive. I didn't have to learn anything new or think too hard to start using the product whatsoever. As you know this is important for anyone in finance as we prefer to keep our brains in the "off" position :)

CONS

I've had a couple insurance companies that only allow a certain few approved companies for their e-sign services. I find this annoying since BlueInk has all necessary certification features (and more than some of the approved options) but that's how the business world is sometimes!

Best Digital Signature platform I've used

Excellent. I would not be able to do my job effectively without it.

There really are not any cons to the program. It does everything I need and more.

Ease of use for my clients.

overall, I am very happy I found Blue Ink. I have suggested it to all of my colleagues.

PROS

I have clients who are not necessarily computer savvy. They can navigate this process with Blue Ink with ease.

CONS

nothing. It is a simple program but perfect for what I need

Review of BlueInk

PROS

Customer support is fabulous. They answer questions and solve issues in a timely manner.

CONS

One problem I had was the emails were going to spam folders. The other issues was compatibility. Parents weren't able to sign the documents once I spent the time to upload all my documents and put in all for all the signatures.

Blueink Is Perfect for Education

My experience with Blueink has been exceptional in comparison to other products I've tried.

PROS

Blueink is intuitive and easy to use. I especially like being able to send out multiparty documents and see when they have been signed. This is especially helpful for online meetings and for documentation purposes.

CONS

The process for sending email messages with the documents is complicated. I would like to be able to message parents and team members individually when I send a multiparty document.

It is so intuitive and easy to use. I love the template option as well, so I can have frequently used docs ready to go.

I wish I could schedule send-outs. I also wish I received emails when something is signed.

Great Product and Support

My overall experience has been very positive. I prepared a couple demo documents and sent them to myself. They were received immediately and it was an easy experience to complete the required data fields, e-sign the document, and send it back. I got the signed document almost immediately and the experience was very positive.

PROS

I just started my company and was in need of an e-signature solution. I evaluated several other products and decided on BlueInk initially because of the reasonable cost and good feature set. The signup process was quick and easy and I was able to upload my document and create my editable fields in no time at all. I got a little confused while creating my internal e-signature and was not sure if I needed to create signatures for all my customers. I used the online chat feature and even though it was after hours, Seen responded and was able to confirm that my customers would create their own e-signatures and showed me the help article that cleared up my confusion. I am very impressed with the product and especially the support provided. I plan to purchase the paid version even though I might be able to get away with using the free version. Companies that provide feature rich affordable products and back it up with excellent customer service should be supported.

CONS

Too early to determine what additional features I might want but impressed that BlueInk cared enough to ask the question.

Initially price and it had the basic features I needed. Now I will purchase the product because it works, its simple to use, and the great customer service experience.

Forms and letter to sign

The bussiness problem we have solved is sending document in a bundle. With are last company we had to send individual documents which was much more costly. Our ecperience has been great.

PROS

Very impactful feature is the ease of bundling documents and ease of use.

CONS

I really at this time am not finding anything with Blueink that I do not like.

Reason for choosing BlueInk

Ease of use and helpful in all questions that I had. But most of all gave a free trila that I did not have to put in a credit card to try it.

Great product and service.

I can get signatures from applicants who live long distances away without any effort or issues whatsoever. It save time and money with at lot less slow in person interactions and problems with people being unavailable during office hours as they can review and sign in their own time in their own homes 24 hours a day.

PROS

I love how easily this has made signing important documents for everyone so accessible, the help (when rarely needed) has been second to none and speedy. No hanging around for assistance. Keep doing what you are doing so well.

CONS

I'd like to be able to set my own defaults, like date formats and signature box sizes.

We thought we'd give it a free trial and see how we got on and have never looked back.

no negatives that I can see. Its a fairly simple system with a ton of features.

The price for the same features. It can do everything the other apps offered but the price was much better.

Reasons for switching to BlueInk

DocuSign was expensive. Blueink's service was pretty much half the price.

Top Quality, Top Support, Top Integration

We send many documents out that are both legal in nature and important to our ability to move forward with projects. On a few occasions we had to reach out to customer support and the experience was phenomenal. The people are kind, understanding and they get right to fixing the issue without making the problem more frustrating. I actually have started looking forward to working with their customer support team, which is definitely a first!

PROS

BlueInk was the best decision for our company in terms of pricing for the large volume of documents that our company sends out on a daily basis. The ease of use for our clients that had not yet used BlueInk was especially important, and it seems that the time frame between when the documents were sent, signed and then received back to us was faster than normal. Not sure how you do it BlueInk but our timeframes in-between decreased and we were able to move forward with projects faster than before.

CONS

Nothing at the moment, but I will get back to you if I find any.

BlueInk was rated the second to Docusign; which I now feel is selling the company short of how amazing it really is.

We love BlueInk!

We've been very happy

PROS

I've been using DocuSign for years... I love how they are alike, but BlueInk is way more user friendly. I never have to worry if I'm doing something incorrectly or not. I love how easy it is to save documents once they are signed, and how easy it is for my residents to view and sign.

CONS

There are only two things that irk me about the software, the amount of documents allowed per tier. If there is already a bundle limit why limit the amount of documents? The only other item that makes things a bit difficult is the ease of being able to edit a document once it has been uploaded. I feel that like DocuSign there should be a function where you should be able to add text boxes

We integrate Docusign still with the other properties that we have, as we can customize the uploaded documents more.

I can never go back!

I LOVE BlueInk and if I ever have to do my job without BlueInk, I would consider a career change. Thank you for this service!

PROS

I am a School Psychologist, and I have an overwhelmning amount of documents that need signatures daily! This feature has increased my productivity by giving me my time back that was previously spent driving all over town (and to other towns) getting signatures. Parents love this feature because they no longer have to come in just to sign my forms. The customer service is PHENOMENAL! Someone responds to me almost immediately. Suggestions that I made early were listened to and implemented. BlueInk is now exactly what I need it to be.

CONS

Great Product, easy to use

I love that it is easy to use and has all the functions I require: checkmarks, initials, signatures, bundles etc.

CONS

I would like to be have documents automatically be resent for signatures when a party does not sign without having to manually resend daily. Would be nice to be able to easily print from the archive files.

Blue Ink has made a positive impact on our team

PROS

The electronic signature, reminders sent, and file storage have saved our Evaluation staff lots of time. This time can then be spent with our students instead. The system is user friendly and our parents prefer it over other brands as well.

CONS
