Great alternative to Docusign
It's cheap and it just works! I had to do mass signatures of our team members and Boloforms made it easy for us to get signatures from our team faster.
CONSSome features are still in beta mode but I can see them improving it.

Best thing since sliced bread
Ease of use and the ability to use Google forms for my application process and contract and nondisclosure agreement
CONSOnly had two issues and one they have corrected by giving us integrations that I would love to get a mobile app

Adobe had a clunky workflow. I did not experiment with pandadoc, but bolo had lifetime license that made more sense for my business

esign.com did not allow pdf templates. I had to create fields for each contract that I send out for signing. Boloforms has PDF templates so I can set it up once and send it to as many signatories as I need

Great e-signature app!
Excellent - great app and does exactly what I need it to do.
PROSSupport is great - they answer questions and implement changes to have a better and better product.
CONSUI and organization of files can be a tad busy/cumbersome.

I wanted my own signature system not owned by my real estate brokerage. Also - I was doing off market deals that I wanted exclusive to me.

Easy of Use & Reliability Are Unparalleled
The user interface is clean and the process is easy to understand. The product is clear about its purpose and delivers on its promise. There are many tools out there promising too much and deilvering on too little. BoloForms Signature is a gem.
CONSI do not have any thing that I like least so far.

Great up-and-comer in the docu signing space
The value to price ratio is unmatched for signiture software. There is some ui improvements that could be made but functionality is consistent and the ability to create forms so that you don't have to individually send documents to each client is very efficient.
CONSThe drag and drop feature is a little bit clunky and there are some UI improvements that could be made but overall impressed

CONSWhile generally reliable, occasional glitches in the user interface can disrupt workflow efficiency. But it resolves after refreshing the tab. Boloforms also really has detailed support docs that help with any question we have.

Great product with a huge potential to be #1 in the space
The overall product is GREAT! Hoping they can increase on their backend support system when I do have questions.

CONSI don't understand why API access is an add-on. In today's world where open api's are pretty much a given and free with any new product I don't understand why it would be a separate charge.

Additionally, the pricing structure of is quite reasonable, offering great value for the functionality it provides. Overall, I highly recommend BoloForms for anyone seeking a straightforward and budget-friendly electronic signature solution.
CONSI initially had issues showing that my lifetime subscription has expired, and that I need to re-activate my subscription. This was resolved by customer service via chat platform.

Finally a simple to use yet full featured PDF signature app!
Ive tried so many apps over the years, they either dont handle PDF's which mean clause numbering get messed up when pasting in long contracts or they are ridiculously over priced. Legal signature collection really shouldnt be that hard and finally I'm happy to have found a decent solution for my entire organisation
CONSOnly thing for me Im sure they will fix soon enough is the date format cant be edited - Im in the UK so USA date format looks weird and could cause issues, especially with certain dates, eg before the 12th each month.

Simple signature capture product
I got this on an appsumo deal. So I can't complain on the basic features. They do keep adding new updates which is nice.
PROSI like the ease of use, the simple setup. It's setup like google forms with the added use of a signature capture and audit trail
CONSThe customer service didn't respond when I pointed out an issue with the user interface. The customization is lacking a bit. I need to put in long text paragraphs for the contract to be read before filling out the information and editing the text is not great for the options provided

Awesome Application
I'm pretty happy with the software - it's just the enough features I need and for the right price. Others would have so many add on features and the price would too high for small business like mine.
PROSWorking with many clients we also use Adobe, Pandadocs, and others - and this pretty much have everything within those for a fraction of a price. Their support is great and they're putting out new features every month which shows great promise. So far, I'm pretty happy with the purchase of this software.
CONSMaybe the limited ways to template the email? But just setting up solid colors are enough for the template which is available so it's not really much of a concern.

Fantastic piece of kit
I found Bolo Forms through App Sumo and its a great piece of kit. I've always used Docusign but Boloforms is a more than worthy replacement. Everything I need and really simple to use, what more could I want.
