PROSCygnature is very convenient and easy to use
CONSIt takes a long time for the document to upload. The salient points highlighted in the agreement is not there for the signatory to review before signing. A summary term sheet if available will be very helpful.

E-Signature System in replacement of physical handwritten signature
It is very good for organizational level, where we have reduced physical document transfer and reduced printing cost.
PROS1. Enhance ease of document preparation, review and approval process by providing enabling users to sign off document while working from home or while on a business trip also. Physical presence of the associate is not required for signing of the documents, which is a great advantage during the Pandemic lockdown days. 2. To build a speedy and efficient document signoff process by avoiding lead time required for physical document printing movement and scanning across functions and signatories.
CONSIt could be integrated with any repository type system.

Improvement Necessary at this time.
Getting my documents to sign almost instantaneously by my broker overseas. Lower waiting period for signature which is important for me. Able to retrieve older documents.
PROSAdding signers. Data Storage. Able to remind others to sign. Documents remain in good state. Non distortion of documents.
CONSThe looks of the signature on the documents. Not sure if we are using it properly. Need more training for my team.

Great.. Able to optimize the cost in various way and dependency upon the persons physical presence also not available now, because the person can view and sign the document from anywhere. Good Product..!!
