It takes a long time for the document to upload. The salient points highlighted in the agreement is not there for the signatory to review before signing. A summary term sheet if available will be very helpful.

It is very good for organizational level, where we have reduced physical document transfer and reduced printing cost.

Getting my documents to sign almost instantaneously by my broker overseas. Lower waiting period for signature which is important for me. Able to retrieve older documents.

I am a fairly new user of the software, so I am still in the learning curve. However, I like the fact that it is user friendly, especially since I am not tech savvy.
