PROS

Ever since we welcomed Braze into our toolkit, we've unleashed the power of automation to reach our customers across an array of channels we could only dream of before. Braze's magic wand? CONS

One thing I don't like about Braze is that it doesn't have an auto-save feature. Our team creates more than 20 emails each week, and mistakes can happen. An auto-save feature would be really helpful because it would save our work in case something unexpected happens, like a browser issue. It could save us a lot of time if our work doesn't get lost.

Worth the floor pricing of €60k if you want advanced CRM

Extremely good tool for growth hacking

PROS

The tool is definitely for professionals who focus on Crm for growth. If you have a team focusing on continious optimisation, after learning if CRM works for you (which usually does) Braze is a great to.

CONS

The tools requires learning features like connected content, good to know: liquid & html, for full potential basic tech knowledge of API, webhooks etc is helpful

Horrible Custom SAML SSO integration for Google Workspace companies

I'm sure its main customer engagement function is fine. But if you are planning to use Braze with Google Workspace and want to set up a secure login with Custom SAML SSO then look for another app.

PROS

Haven't used the customer engagement part I'm just the System administrator, but I'm sure its fine.

CONS

If you are using Google Workspace the Custom SAML integration is horrible. Usually the setup with other companies takes a few hours, one week if there are issues. But am now six months into use. The support is polite but unable to help us to solve setting up a Custom SAML connection. An issue we have not had with setting up Custom SAML SSO connections for other apps.

Great product! Easy to use and continually making updates to make it better.

Great - honestly have loved it!

Easy to use - their UI is great and intuitive.

CONS

Missing a couple little things that would make reporting and analytics a little easier.

Reason for choosing Braze

The UI and sales experience was better. More expensive, but seemed easier to use and for a team of one, that was important to me!
