I've already used a couple of other software but it's super raaaare to find one that provides you with high-quality AND relevant first lines. Lyne is the best I've used so far.

I think everything with the software is in place.

I think that lyne.ai provides great value for money compared to other softwares. I used a cheaper and a more expensive one. The cheaper one was completely useless. The more expensive ones was great maybe a bit better than Lyne.ai but the difference is very small. I A/B tested the results from both softwares and didn't notice a significant difference in the response from prospects. So I think lyne ai is a good choice for money.

There are a few bugs here and there but the chat support is great and helps you fix it in no time.

Nothing because the product didn't work as advertised or expected.

I uploaded leads, and zero lynes were returned despite having enough supporting data. Non-responsive customer support.

A lot of helpful information that lyne.ai finds about the client. Hard to say that this is soft-written.

Not quite sure about this question, sometimes it doesn't find lynes but it happens rarely.

The no-touch lines are a great feature. You can generate personalised introductions using just the prospect's LinkedIn profile.

The UI could be a bit better and it could also be a bit more cost efffective.
