The application is continuously enhanced with new features and enhancements, and the development team promptly responds to our feature requests, some of which have already been incorporated into the product. We eagerly anticipate the monthly product releases and can't imagine reverting to our previous workflow

Now, our entire organization can utilize Mashrmail to effortlessly craft emails, even without coding expertise, resulting in the creation of fantastic, on-brand emails

Establishing the integration required coordination with our marketing automation teams, but once we had all the necessary credentials, the process was as straightforward as inputting them into Mashrmail, and we were good to go

The functionality for us to use Mashr for outreach is fantastic, it allows us to seamlessly send updates to all on our mailing list about our Brand Updates too!

The hard bounces sometimes don't make sense, but I believe this may be more due to user error than anything

Overall, it is constantly improving and making its way to be a top teir product but I think there is still many ways it could be improve.

It is not overly complicated and works well to build simple and clean EDMs

There are many random bugs and a lot of design restrictions which is understandable since many users are not designers. Ideally there would be a designer product and regular customer product.
