An Easy and Economical Way to Connect with My Guests
Every month I sit down with my calendar and plan out the messages I want to send to my subscribers. I make sure that there are coupon/discount messages to bring guests into my business but also messages that may be centered around the introduction of new or limited time products or a co-branding event taking place to show our subscribers our community involvement.
PROSI like the partnership that Sageflo Radiate has with my Franchise to create templates that makes it easy to manipulate to meet my needs.
CONSI wish there was a way I had access to input graphics such as a school or non-profit logo to help create brand awareness for them too when we do community events.

Easy and Simple to use
Love it! It’s simple to use and would recommend to other businesses looking to send out email marketing.
PROSIt’s easy to schedule email campaigns. The task flow is pretty straight forward. It’s also nice you can duplicate an email campaign at any time.
CONSSometimes it limits how many words I use.

Efficient E-mail Marketing Software.
The Radiate software was an easy transition for our organization. After a brief training session, we were able to create messages and plan our email marketing campaigns more efficiently by using the performance analytics tool. Another great feature is the calendar, which allows us to look back on previously sent messages and make updates accordingly. Our guests enjoy the artwork that we're able to include in our messages to enhance engagement. Overall I would recommend the Radiate software.
CONSA feature that I would find beneficial being added is that of customizing font. Such as font color, style, bold, etc. This would aid in allowing key information to stand out to our guests, vs. having all the text appear to be the same.

The feature to customize font color, style, etc. can be enabled in Radiate. Some brand marketing teams may prefer to disable this feature to stay within their specific global style guidelines. If you are interested in enabling this feature, please reach out to your brand marketing team.

Radiant Review
Due to using Radiant for so many years, I know how to use it very easily, but I do not have anything to compare it to.
CONSWhile never using any other type of system, I do not have anything to compare it to, but I do think it is outdated.

Love it
Very happy with it. Have found new ways to utilize it and help every aspect of the business.
PROSIt is very user friendly! Makes sure you send emails to preview in your own email to make it look good.
CONSThe extra step where you have to hit apply with putting in the date and time. Once you click it, it should be good to go. Not taking an extra step to hit apply
