Great product
We are a restaurant group with fifteen different establishments in Hong Kong and rely heavily on email campaigns for our marketing. SendSmith helps us execute those campaigns flawlessly. It enables us to segment our database of customers in the most effective way, and enables said customers to respond to and interact with the material we send them. It also enables us to track the results of our communications campaigns in ways that inform future ones. Highly recommended.

Hodfords SendSmith Email Marketing Platform
Our company has been using the Hodford's Send Smith Email Marketing Platform the past 10 years and we have found their delivery engine to be extremely robust and user friendly. In addition, their management & support team has been exemplary and always ready to help when the need arises. In fact, they have even customized SendSmith to suite our unique business requirements. As a major part of our business we need a partner who is both responsive to our needs and system that both ourselves and our customers can rely to deliver emails in a timely fashion and provide comprehensive, objective reports. Wonderful Experience
The interface is easy to use. The team is also highly responsive and supportive when problems are encountered. Most importantly, the entire package is very reasonable. I had a wonderful experience working with them!

Very Easy to use, free flexible and responsive email templates and best of all the system is multi-lingual which allows me to send campaign reports in Korean to my Korean boss!

Like the New Interface and the Post Campaign Reports
