Cisco Emergency Responder

Cisco Emergency Responder has a real-time location-tracking database, routing abilities, and automatic notifcation of customer security personnel. It is an emergency notification tool that enhances existing 911 emergency functions offered by Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Emergency calls are reouted to the closes PSAP for the caller's location.
