Smarp is very user-friendly, which is important because many of our consultants are novices when it comes to using social media to market and brand themselves. Onboarding is very easy.

Smarp has a straight forward interface that is easy to use. Smarp is constantly evolving and I appreciated how often they checked in to see what improvements they could make.

Jubiwee is easy, reactive, and you can get many ideas from your employees because of the I.A and the analysis offered by the service ( option you can get).

Very user friendly - Smarp help a webinar learning session for the company, and the platform itself is pretty self explanatory.

We are using Smarp  as a B2B and a B2C marketing tool, and it also helps us when recruiting new staff. Also the messages about sustainability have been shared successfully.

It doesn't cost much compared to other services. Customer Service is awesome.

Great thing about Smarp is that is it extremely easy to use and it's effective.

Unable to attached multiple photos, nor videos (yet). Also the dues to API updates (especially LinkedIn), we need to reconnect which can be a bit frustrating.

A great starter product with a dedicated team.

And the price point is good for organizations taking their first dive into employee advocacy.

Even though there is quite a distance between the Netherlands and Finland: I have never experienced such a pleasant cooperation with a supplier. We are a very satisfied client.

There is no LinkedIn API so we can't tag companies or people in the posts.

The customer success teams do an excellent job, they are very involved with their customers in how business objectives can be achieved.

Have been using Smarp since 2015 and the platform has really evolved over time. Great for sharing corporate and curated stories to amplify the messages.

Also, we've tried to make the integration with Slack work but it never does and that's disappointing because it was one of the main reasons we chose Smarp. Lastly, the pricing is insanely high.

The best solution for secure chat available. Works on desktop, laptop, and phone, so you can always get your messages.

Download time was rough but that might of been my computer had lag alot.

I was impressed with the chat quality and the features of the program like emoticons, chatting, you can send pictures to your friends and family.

Works great for the price. You can use on desktop and mobile phone which has helped me with being on call all the time.

I am very pleased with Trillian. The installation is smooth and it's quite easy to use.

The PC chat window is a little confusing for us at times.

We love the ease of communicating safely across the office and when we are out of the office.

I love how easy this is as well as the ability to have group chats.

Working in a remote office, it is imperative that I remain in touch with my teammates. Trillian helped me do that in a simple, effective way with an easy-to-use, pleasant interface.

With our company being a phone based company, it is sometimes hard to get a hold of our employees when problems or emergency issues come up.

It may have more functionality but it’s hard to find.

There is not much we don't like about this software.

The layout was pretty much like messenger and it was easy to navigate. It is simple and easy to use.

The sign in on VMware is a bit tricky, in terms of the password, etc. but it's doable.

I like that it just for my business. Very secure and responsive.

Support is an instant message away which is amazing. I have had issues resolved in less than 5 min which is a life saver when running a business.

It gets the job done with no real frills. If you need a lower cost solution this would definitely work.

The software is solid, secure, and easy to use. The support is phenomenal.
