  • Pros

  • After evaluating Bambu and SMARP, Social HoursePower by far provides the greatest value. The product is intuitive, user-friendly, and affordable.
  • I love that this platform can be customized for teams. We have a retail team, admin staff and agents, I love being able to create content for each channel, because each message is a bit different.
  • Cons

  • My team is always sharing quick clips and videos on LinkedIn, but we avoid posting YouTube links and unfortunately, that's the only way that we're able to share video via SocialHP.
  • It's just unfortunate that we didn't find SocialHP sooner.

  • I find ez Talks to be fast, straightforward, and easy to use. Users are not required to install anything to be a participant, and they can attend the video conference straight from their browser.
  • You can share the screen, you have a whiteboard. Easy to use software, and helpful staff who try to solve any issues you might have.
  • Cons

  • All I get is: Bad Gateway. There is no support option on the website and no one answers the phone.
  • However, changed to a different software and there was no noises, so it may be something from EzTalks.
