OPX Review

Very good, we have now been working on OPX & with CMS for over 9 years and have a great relationship.

PROS

OPX is our core workflow management application within customer services for ReAssure, this was migrated within our business in 2013. This is critical for workflow processing, instant MI and forecasting, also we have regular upgrades of the OPX system through the support of CMS. We are also able to define our own requirements in terms of functionality and have been able to evolve OPX as business needs change. CMS are also continously developing OPX to improve core functionality and performance. OPX has helped drive efficiency and productivity within our customer services operations.

CONS

There isn't anything I could say I least like, CMS are further developing OPX so it will be web based.

OPX underpinned out operational excellence journey

OPX has been at the core of our operational excellence journey. We wanted to move to high performance and consistently high customer service delivery. Controlling our work, managing our people and delivering great compliant service is about speedy delivery, quality of service, and ease of relationships with our customers. We partnered with Corporate Modelling to deliver the tooling to be the backbone of our operational transformation, and combined with cultural changes and organisational restructuring, the results speak for themselves; a 600% reduction in outstanding work volumes, a reduction of costly contractor resource of 80% and a reduction in regulatory breaches of 200%. I recommend the OPX product and have used several organisations to underpin operational transformation for the benefit of the company, its customers and its performance. Corporate Modelling are a great partner, very responsive and very client focussed.

PROS

Real time information, MI, productivity, utilisation, efficiency, work queue analysis, and quality control. These are critical to deliver service improvement through better Work and People Management, improved Planning and operational control. OPX delivery these well

CONS

The preset MI is perfectly satisfactory, but we have had to refine to completely meet our needs
