I like the customer care team; they delay responding to inquiries, but they later solve the issue though you need to have patience.

The savings category has increadible interests on everry savings which is so encouraging.

I also appreciate the feature that allows me to track and monitor my transactions and spending. AppNomu is an excellent financial management too.

Sometimes AppNomu tends to be slow and takes more time to load data. This disappoints especially when its urgent.

They do not refund airtime purchases wrongly on wrong numbers.

This software helps in managing all my finances hence it has headed in the right direction. And it is cloud based solution so it can be accessed any where in the world which is very convinient.

I am using the tool to get loans that i use for domestic bill payment and this is helping me to have services on credit as wait for salary to clear them.

The time the loan takes to be released after applying is abut too long especially when an emergency loan is needed.

I do like the mostly the user interface of the software as it is clean to provide good navigation. As well loans do not come with a lot of charges.

At the moment, my complain is about airtime, takes longer time for processing and once you write a wrong number, they deduct the airtime and do not refund the money.

They are limited to only registered business to apply for a business loan.

The best futures are the saving futures,very clear and straight forward.

The ability to withdraw money from the web application to mobile number is such a cool feature because it saves on transport cost of getting money from office once a loan is approved.

You just go to loan applications and find that your applications have disappeared. They should really find a way of giving feedback to users on why their applications have been rejected.

Deltek vision is very good software to use to handle many database simultaneously. During that work we can easily filter the important data.

Customer Care Support is excellent. Like everything else, the more time you can invest, the better off you will be.

Tech support has helped resolve issues in most all cases. Response is generally good via chat and resolution has been fairly quick in most cases.

Our company uses this software for many purposes and if you get adequate training it can be a great tool that makes working on projects and finding information easy and accessible in one location.

The price point is higher compared to other ERP's. You get what you pay for in terms of functionality and integration of modules.

Maybe this is by design, but it is too costly to keep doing this.

Reporting performance is awful. We have had a consultant come out at least twice for an overall health check and recommendations and in my opinion we did not get a lot of value from this.

I particularly like the ability to schedule your work and availability -- this is great for work sharing with different offices/teams.

As a user, I find Deltek Vision easy to navigate - in my own company filing expense reports and accessing a detailed or simple timesheet is a breeze.

It takes a ridiculously long time to run many of our reports and it's a constant source of pain for both the users and those of use who support the product.

Overall really great experience, perfect tool for enginering consulting company, excellent customer support.

It solves all of my accounting needs. The reporting is robust and the project managers love to see their budgets in real time.

The software/service was good overall as it was easy to use.

The maximization of all of aspects of accounting in one software. The ability to create specific reports is great.

Reporting function is extremely difficult to navigate. Generally terrible interface.

I have found it very challenging to work through self teaching tools. Unless someone has the time to teach you how to use the features it is time consuming and somewhat frustrating.

Integration of the time-sheet is an asset. The ability to charge time to Opportunities would be a major enhancement.

We were using Excel for timesheets so having time and expense in one place and tying into our business process is wonderful. We also have the ability to get nice reports.

E.g. When entering a comment for a task e, i need to type it, click in a separate comment box to ensure it's saved, and then only can I navigate away.

I hate that the help button is located with the other options on tool bar.

Overall experience has been good - consistent, powerful software for managing projects.
