I find the Customer Service to be Excellent. Its been an all around great experience and I would Recommend Quickbooks to anyone.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

The ease and user-friendliness of it. It’s definitely a great software to use for reconciling important information.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

I am currently shopping for a different software and will be moving all my clients to that. I am extremely disappointed in the approach that was taken to hurt small businesses.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

The best part about QuickBooks was that it was online and we had the ability to work even though we were not on the office premises and it allowed us to work efficiently and effectively.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

I love how easy it is to keep track of our spending and how we are growing. I love how we can send invoices and how accessible their customer service is if you need help.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.

Ramp has lived up to its promise; saved us money and made corporate card management easy.

The software is user friendly and doesn't require true training. The integration with our existing business was seamless and required very little effort.

I love the reporting features and the ability to easily generate cards for employees or vendors. Breaking them down into how the money is spent is really nice.

They are quick to respond and determined to resolve any issue. I also love the receipt capturing technology.

We love the cash back and partner benefits as well as the dashboard that displays our monthly spend in each of our departments. Integration with Sage Intacct was super easy and intuitive.

We joined Ramp after a bunch of expenses were already on auto pay with our bank - so switching them over has take a little while. This is less on Ramp and more on the time we joined.

Currently, there is no personal reimbursement option.

The experience has been great. It takes care of corporate spend features for us, so I can spend more time focused on running and growing my startup.

Still can't add Ramp to Apple Pay so I end up using other cards when on the go and not wanting to pull out my wallet.

I used to have to beg and plead to get receipts and that has been tremendously reduced and the ease of the app is amazing. The integration with our accounting software is also amazing.

The UX is simple and intuitive. Customer Services has been top notch, tickets are usually answered within an hour.

It's easy to set up cards for my team, and they have a great support team. Plus: you receive 1.5% cashback every month.

Nevertheless, what they didn't disclose during the process is that they do not offer credit and you are required to maintain a bank account with 2x cash or else their card will be declines.

Because it's one and the same with my business credit card it gives me a powerful tool that directly integrates.

The best thing about this software is the receipt capture. The reminder text that is sent to snap a picture at the time of purchase is so wonderful.

Compared to other payment management systems, Ramp has been very easy to use. The ease of virtual cards, setting up recurring payments, and tracking everything through the app has been awesome.

From an accounting perspective, everything from initial set up to issuing cards to setting up expense rules is streamlined and easy to use.

All of the feature requests I want are already coming soon: like restricting a payment card to a specific vendor. More personal fraud and audit controls - will make this even more indispensable.

Our team loves that they received instant text messages and or emails when a purchased has been made. Being able to create virtual cards in an instant has been great.

There are two features that Ramp doesn't have/offer and is frustrating at times.

They have been very responsive to our needs. It brings me joy knowing that our employees love using it because it means receipts are being turned in on time.

The realtime notifications are mission critical to our operations. It has saved us ~8 hours a month and will save even more as we grow our company.

I had been dreaming of the product exactly as this for years. It typical but a shame the banks themselves didn't create this.
