  • The people are the best. Clear and efficient training and incredibly friendly, rapid and high-quality user-support.

  • The online chat function (shoutout to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!) is highly responsive and always helpful in finding a solution that works best for US.
  • Being able to whitelist domain names so guests receive it from your company is great. And being easily able to check who's RSVPD, who hasn't open their email can allow for easy follow up.
  • Cons

  • I am missing the database aspect of it, but I know the product team are working on something that will be similar to having a database of contacts within Zkipster.
  • Fonttype management is messy (unnecessary hashtags were used in html, causing inconsistence formats).
