Playbook software helps us run and market our youth subscriptions, classes, aau teams, camps, and special events. Its a very simple system to learn to use and it has a lot of great features.

I had a terrible experience with this company and am in the process of evaluating legal action.

Pretty good so far, we have not had any major issue and like that Playbook offers everything we need.

Being able to whitelist domain names so guests receive it from your company is great. And being easily able to check who's RSVPD, who hasn't open their email can allow for easy follow up.

I am missing the database aspect of it, but I know the product team are working on something that will be similar to having a database of contacts within Zkipster.

We use zkipster to invite and manage all of our in person, online and hybrid events from the invitation stage to guest checkin. It is easy to use, user friendly and helps us tailor each event event.

Overall this saved us hours in guest list management, with COVID and things changing daily, having the one place to monitor and amend RSVP status was great.

Very easy to setup and use, intuitive front-end, team collaboration, cloud synchronization, multiple lists, online invtations. Best Client Service team I have ever interacted with.

Fonttype management is messy (unnecessary hashtags were used in html, causing inconsistence formats).

Seat management has been a constant problem for us, this may be due to internet connectivity as well but is one of the features that we often use.

Easy to use the product. Adding people into the guest lists is very simple.

We manage over 100 a year and use zkipster for all of them. It integrates with our CRM and provides our guests with an easy event registration and checkin experience.

The form at the invitation list also record guests' dinning preferences, giving the banquet team a huge help.

My zkipster experience has been easy and their customer service is top notch. Zkipster provides an alternate way to capture registration.

I'm not sure if that's a Zkipster design or a software (outlook) thing.

Whilst it's not perfect, it's definitely the best program we've found for large scale, VIP events that we need total control over seating and comms for.

Sometimes on a mobile device it was difficult to zoom in and out on the table seating's, which made it difficult if you were trying to help a guest in the moment.

I mostly use the invitations for registration for it's very user friendly.

Any issue we have ever encountered has been resolved extremely quickly, and all of the customer support team members are very accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with.
