Intrevent has changed the way we manage events for the better!
Intrevent consolidates all our event information into a single, easily accessible source. This eliminates the need to store details in multiple locations, ensuring that every team member can access up-to-date information on the event's progress at any time.
PROSOur department manages numerous simultaneous events, and this tool enables us to centrally track and organize details for multiple events. The entire team can access this centralized repository. The tool's capability to sort reports based on vendors, team members, logistics, etc., adds significant benefits. The multi-session event feature and abiility to create templates from past events are key.
CONSDue to constraints in our current CRM and certain data security policies, we face challenges in integrating Intrevent with some of our existing systems. As a result, there are instances where work might be duplicated.
Reason for choosing Intrevent
We were invited to participate in the beta testing of this product, allowing us to customize numerous features to align with the specific needs of our department. As the product continues to provide substantial value, we are pleased to renew our services.

A very good alternative to high priced software packages
Being able to use a previous event as a template and carry over that information directly into a new event has been the biggest pro. Timelines are updated to reflect the new date automatically. Doing a repeat event could not be easier. Not having to purchase a huge software package with many options that aren't even used was beneficial, and fit our budget for software easily.Very straightforward with reminders of upcoming deadlines and logistical items needing attention.
CONSThis doesn't (yet) have any sort of attendee management module to go with it. So for ticketing/RSVP, you'll need another program to do that.
