Love Skimmer
Skimmer has been great and I have even recommended it to our competitors just getting started in the service industry.
PROSSkimmer is easy to use and a cost effective way to keep track of jobs.
CONSSometimes things show up on other admins phone that are not on my admin phone. But it hasn't bothered me enough to even worry with a phone call

Sink or Swim Pools Skimmer Review
We like just about everything this app has to offer for our company. We highly suggest that all Pool Cleaning Services out there, big or small, consider trying this app out. They recently integrated billing, and will soon be integrating estimates and quotes from the mobile app as well. We are eager to try them out after the success we have had with all other aspects of the system so far.
CONSI am hoping that with estimates and quotes getting worked on, that the price-book will become more comprehensive within the system. We would like to be able to present estimates with pictures along with maybe integrating finance companies for our customer to utilize to help pay for remodels or bigger repairs.
Reason for choosing Skimmer
We actually use service titan as well for our service technicians and remodel side of the business, but hope that with the upgrades skimmer has been promising, we can ditch service titan all together to combine all aspects of our business into one USER FRIENDLY application.

Could not run our business without!
Best customer service of any software company I have ever felt with
PROSAuto pic and report to client every week after service
CONSHoping pricing holds at current levels It's really hard to come up with any negatives on this product

Excellent product for pool service businesses
We've been with skimmer for almost 7 years. We've grown with the software and love all the new changes and updates it brings. Overall very happy with the app.
PROSEase of use, scheduling billing history etc is all straight forward. Only thing being in a vacation rental industry would be allowing a calander drag and drop style setup would be a little easier but we're a small part of the pool service market so I understand.
CONSOccasional freeze or glitch typically when taking photos
