Great specialized software

Saves me a lot of time and head aches compared to other softwares I have used

PROS

Keeps track of what I need to get done and records Gets invoices out quick keeping cash flow up

CONS

The only thing that slows me down and wish I could do is customers with multiple properties up to 60 send one lump check it would be nice to auto apply to invoices instead of one at a time

Also, we are happy to share we just recently released a new feature that allows you to mark all of those invoices paid at one time rather than individually. From your main Invoices screen, simply filter the table for that customer, click "Select All" and then click the "Mark Paid" button at the top of the table and it will allow you to mark them all paid at once and you can notate the check number in the notes. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to improve the system for you!

Responsive and still developing

PROS

Spraye is intuitive and relatively easy to use. As the sole employee, I was able to implement this software mid season with minimal disruption all while still working in the field.

CONS

In my opinion there is very little flexibility at the moment. This is strictly a spraying service based software and as a result, secondary services may not be handled ideally. With that said, in my year using this software, the management team has been responsive to issues, concerns, and suggestions. Looking forward to where this software is going!

Reason for choosing Spraye

Jobber didn't handle my needs as effectively as Spraye at the time. All other options were much more expensive.

Reasons for switching to Spraye

SA was extremely expensive to get the same features offered by Spraye under a basic program. SA was also very unstable and customer service was a hour wait at best, a week wait at worst and when issues were found they absolutely never let you know the resolution.

Switch to Spraye!

My transition from Service Autopilot was fairly easy.

PROS

The benefits include having easy access to compliance reports and automated job detail data entry.

CONS

I cannot figure out how to send a mass email to all clients.

While sending a blanket email from inside of Spraye is not currently possible, we do make it very simple to download all of your customer data and upload it into an email marketing system of your choosing. We are also about to launch our integration with Zapier to allow you to directly connect your Spraye account to almost any email marketing platform available. This will make it possible to automate all kinds of marketing emails and sequences with triggers from inside of Spraye.

Best software available for lawn treatment company’s

My overall experience has been amazing with them. They are a first class business and always looking to make their company and software better for us as users. They always listen to feedback and are continuously adding new features that benefit everyone

PROS

The team at Spraye have really created a excellent software that is geared towards lawn treatment applications like fertilizing and weed control. This is the sole thing my business does and I have benefited both inefficiency end organizational from this. It makes my life a lot easier to set up each day and also keep track of any thing else in the business all in one spot.

CONS

I would like to see the invoicing option and things that appear on there change

First year with Spraye

PROS

Love the simplicity of the software. Once you get an understanding of the system, it saves you hours per day in office work.

CONS

As Spraye is a growing company, any issues that come up are quickly resolved by customer support.

No more pen and paper

When we switched to Spraye I was hesitant as I had seen other programs and how much time you had to dedicate to them learning the software. This was a pretty seamless transition for us. We had roughly 500 customers to roll over into this program. Between my admin and myself we caught on fairly quickly. Having the great help people that Spraye has also is a big help. After we worked through the first application with scheduling and billing it has been a total gamechanger for us. We save so much time scheduling and routing our techs now. Before we were working off of spreadsheets and pen and paper.

PROS

Scheduling and routing is the most time saving feature I use daily. The ability to work mobile on this platform is also a gamechanger.

CONS

That I dont have more time to use all the new features they have introduced.

An amazing software that just keeps getting better!!

It really suits our needs 100%. Love the credit card integration and card on file. Also the customer portal and customer pre notifications. These are things we had to pay extra for with our old software. The customer support is first rate!! And they listen to your needs and try to accommodate everyone.

PROS

It is very easy to use and they keep adding new features all the time. They also listen to your needs and try to accommodate them as best as they can.

CONS

Still need a better way to get programs more flexible.

couldn’t get the same options without paying more and had a lot of problems with our old software. The support at serviceautopilot is awful!!

Biggest Bang for your Buck Turf Management Software

PROS

I love how easy Spraye makes being compliant with our Dept. of Ag by accurately tracking our chemical use.

CONS

I would like to see the formatting when sending estimates to customers be improved so that you can make each estimate seem more personalized/individualized. I find my customers love all the details I put in my estimates equally as much as they just want to know the price.

It’s been great. Really makes life easier.

PROS

The ease of use and that it keeps track of all my chemical reporting as well as the invoicing.

CONS

That you have to have separate program for everything you do as well as not billing customers on one invoice when you do multiple apps on the same property on the same day.

Just chose stars while on vacation… I like the software a lot! Very good value for the $

Lots of pros, spray only! And yet simple enough that you don’t have to be a software engineer to use it

CONS

Main thing is that theee wouldn’t be so my steps to get a new client into the system to assign a program or job

Overall I like the software I just wish all of the functions worked consistently. Unfortunately if they are not corrected soon I will be looking at alternatives
