DataTrak is an awesome tool for easily signing up new clients and keeping tabs on them.

Like, if I do a search and accidentally click on the wrong name, I have to right click and hit back instead of being able to backtrack within the page.

The customer service when needing big changes is terrible. My assigned agent was new, and I quickly passed him in knowing about their software only having used it a few months more than him.

It's okay- i am not sure if there is a better/ faster platform out there but if there was, i would love to try it out.

It could also benefit from a 'makeover' as in all honestly, the visual of the program is not appealing at all.

I refer to Datatrak as the hub and spoke model. Datatrak is the hub and all other solutions integrate / connect and talk to it.

The only time this software is difficult is when you're dealing with reporting.

In comparison to other platforms we have used we have yet to be disappointed in the capabilities of Datatrak.

This software is confusing. There are way too many steps to do in order to perform one task that could be as simple as a click of a button.

The system is very stable, efficient and easy to use for keeping time and piece rate counts.

I like that ABC can integrate with CRM systems since we did not have one with ABC included and had a member portal option available.

It can be very slow and sluggish at times. It can crash when you least need it too and might freeze at times when you're working on things.

They are doing billing and access control at an acceptable level.

I have personally used the datatrak systems for 6 almost 7 years. The system is wonderful and works for the company.

Worst customer service ever. The company completely changed about 6 months after we started using.

We have solved nearly every club management issue with ABC.

At times its difficult to make changes to an account if an invoice is close to being withdrawn. Calling customer service to handle the problem is also difficult.

I like that it is able to hold all of the information from our members for all of our gyms. We have a lot of locations and you are able to locate any member from any location.

Took me less than a day to learn and having a tool that would quickly let me change my schedule was great. Datatrack allowed me to see which of my clients sessions were funded and which werent.

Not to mention their customer service representatives are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are so incredibly helpful and go above and beyond each time.

The interface would sometimes lag behind payments and not tell if a client had funded sessions for a few days which led to some rescheduling when it wasn't actually necessary.

ABC was with us for a long time, so clearly we liked using ABC and found it useful. However, there are several ways to improve the look of it and make it easier for us to use.

Great reporting, Easy to use, Very easy to convert from old system, Minimal headaches, Password changes great for compliance.

Long hold time no solutions to ongoing problems.

Overall, it has been a great experience using DataTrak.

With the busy club environment and wearing many hats ABC's technical and client management team makes the member management tasks easy.

There were A LOT of different functions, which was mostly fantastic. It was also fairly easy to navigate and train new employees on.

Losing members because no one is ever available to help in situations.

As the business has evolved we have been able to configure the software to support our growing offerings.

ZIngift is the most terrible and unprofessional company we have ever dealt with.

I am about to open a studio and still no functional booking or payment pages.

They're about to integrate with a new parter that I'm thrilled about — it's been one of my only complaints about missing pieces for them. Excited for that feature launch.

Zingfit integrates with Facebook pixel, google analytics and google tag manager which is quite unique in the fitness software world and support professional marketing.

What I like most about this software is that it is easy to use and straight forward. The way that ZingFit is set up is intuitive and easy.

My software was offline and cost us in Merchant Transactions not to mention how many customers were negatively impacted and left.

I find great that the client uses the system in our website, the group class features are simples to use, the set up also is really easy.

I so appreciate that because the less I have to guess the better. We have auto emails that can go out and other exceptional features like waitlist, etc.

Reporting could be enhanced, it's currently very limited.

Once your in with Zingfit, migrating to other platforms becomes a very difficult task to do.

They keep changing payment gateway processors which annoying as all card information of customers get lost and customers get annoyed by the fact that they have to renter their info.

Software is glitchy and resolutions take a long time. Despite ZingFit  noting follow up for issues should take place within 6 hours, we have had no responses or resolutions for over 48 hours.

I like the customization options. They seemed like a friendly company during the sales process.

I absolutely love their customer support team well. I know they got my back.

Software very easy to use, especially with the introduction of the iFrame implementation and self-services modules like book a bike.
