Love it! Been a customer for over two years!!

This software has kept me organized for my trucking company since I discovered it! I am able to dispatch and log in all information needed for my loads and drivers to be efficient. It also saves all your contact data for easy dispatching and records for customers!

The only thing I can think if is that you don't have BOL generations for loads that don't provide one and gps tracking for dispatch side. Everything else works perfectly!! Love this software!

We looked into EZ Loads as an starter option for our small straight trucking business. As of now while the company is small, the team is quite small and operations are not complicated EZL is doing fine. Although we have some struggles in everyday use of the TMS. But overall it is a starter at least. Later on you can see for yourself if you have enough functionality and complexity or should you move forward to a more complex solutions.

-Weird filtering (still don't understand why we can't filter loads by delivery date, which is a big downside and weird solution TBH) -Not quite suited for my type of business (small straight box trucking) -No split trips (where you could've change trucks, drivers, trailers, etc inside a trip) -Lack of simple totals reflection (in some cases you have to go load by load to see the final total, where you just could've add an additional column to reflect the final totals for easier and faster spot)

Drivers love the app and how user friendly it is

love the dispatch feature and ease of use, invoicing is great, and love how it calculates driver settlements

After trying many softwares, that are really difficult to learn or to manage and super expensive, I found ezloads, i'm always so happy using it, not expensive and you get what you pay for, I learned it by watching the tutorial videos, very good explained. This is an honest personal review, hope many people see it. Thank you!

sometimes the email on the drivers profile disappears when I'm doing the settlements and trying to email it. sometimes the fuel import doesn't read some fuel

The ease of use and accurate info it provides

It is has many unnecessary info about the drivers that needs to be entered

The whole TMS is a pro. It has integrated driver and maintenance files into the software along with IFTA Reporting. What more could a safety manager want?

Wish we could integrate it with our ELD provider. Also hoping to see the driver app for android up and running soon

I love EZ Loads and wish they would add more to the driver app, such as weather conditions, truck stops that are near them, real time tracking.

Not easy to use with mobile devices. I recommend making a mobile version or an app for fleet manager to approved the summits and minor update to loads.

Very easy to use. Keeps the office as well as the truck drivers organized with our upcoming loads. The drivers are able to download the app and send pictures of the documents there, which helps everyone stay on track. Very useful

The app is currently designed for Apple users only. I'd like for the driver app to be Android compatible.
